The guy on the phone was so pleasant and agreed to order the specific style using his connections and would call me when it arrived. They arrived at the store for purchase a week later. I showed up at the store was greeted by clutter . Not sure if that is by design or what . Within the clutter however, they do have a large selection of quality work wear. These kinda stores are harder to find these days so pass has to be given for the clutter .It also helps that the owner is very friendly and seems the type to bend over backwards to make the client happy . I have to give this place a 5 because I got a great deal on items I couldn't find anywhere else but seemingly questionable websites. Don't chance that and support this local business ! You'll save money and get something you'd love .

More often than not my orders begin with me walking into Mike's office and saying "I know this is really short notice, but can we do it?" Most recently I was tasked with outfitting approximately 25 employees with customized uniforms, including embroidery, heat press and patches. The deadline I had to work with was very short notice. I explained the situation to Mike and he got me a quote within 24hrs. When he identified issues, such as hard to find sizes or back ordered items, he worked closely with me to identify and implement solutions. When my deadline was shortened due to contractual obligations, Mike began heat pressing shirts himself to help me make my new, even shorter deadline. Through the entire process on multiple occasions, and multiple orders, Mike has helped me accomplish tasks that seemed impossible at first. I made a quick call and the representative said that I have 6 minutes. I rushed in picked up a smaller belt and was ready to go. No time wasting tactics. I appreciate the entire staffs patience with allowing me to purchase one item for $24.99 a pretty good value for a leather belt. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. I go to pay with my card I asked if they took apple pay they are asking me for my license and to show some type of ID with a picture so I said I left my wallet in my car that's parked around the block in one of the worst neighborhoods. The woman takes the basketball from my hand and the hat and puts behind the counter like I was going to steal it insane transaction totally unacceptable. Don't shop here not worth I went out to get my wallet and returned back and paid for the items lucky for them I promised my grandson I would come back home with a small basketball if not I would have left and never return to such a horrible store !!
