Some of the staff are very helpful and attentive. One gentleman hosted a 10 minute sale in the store and he was the most helpful out of all the employees I spoke to the day we went shopping here. The price of shoes is more than reasonable and so far the quality is good. The only two issues I had were: 1. The bathroom (women's) doesn't have a changing table for little ones. We ended up going next door to Target. 2. Some of the staff were not as attentive as they could have been. During our visit, there were at least 10-20 people in the store and two of the employees at the checkout stands were just chitchatting as a woman was standing in front of them waiting for them to finish their conversation before trying to ask for help. If you've worked in retail then you know how to pause a convo, help customers first, then continue that conversation when able. This isn't a major issue but during a rush, it's more noticeable. This store does carry some shoes in wide sizes. Most may need to be ordered though. Other than those things, this store is helpful. I told him that I'm just looking for some help picking the right running shoe. He was extremely eager to help. He had me take my shoes off first thing to walk around so he could look at my arches and how they are when I walk. After that he showed me different types of shoes that would work for me. He was so detailed in everything. He didn't mention price one time. I was looking at the prices and he never tried to get me in the most expensive one. He simply pointed out what was a good shoe for me. Had me try them on, walk around in them, and even made sure I had enough room. Super awesome place! So I had to be the one standing in line waiting to get a price on this scarf. As i was standing there waiting, it occurred to me that SHE should have been the one waiting for a price...not me. Waited in plumbing for about 1/2 hour, not one person stopped to ask if I needed help. Pushed the…read morebutton for help about 5 to 6 times, still no one showed up, call the store, from the plumbing isle and once transferred to plumbing, i got no answer. As I was leaving the store there where about 4 guys standing around the check out counters. I explained to one that I had been waiting for help for about half hour in plumbing and he goe "oh, here's the plumbing guy" standing around jaw jacking with his buddies up front. Remember! These are the employees that want $15.00 an hour for standing around. Management do you job.
