I wanted to get my mother's 1969 wedding dress made into a getting-ready-robe and veil. If any material was leftover I was hoping for bouquet wrap and a special something to gift to my mom. Wendy created a fabulous robe, beautiful veil with the lace from her dress, wrap for my flowers and a precious handkerchief for my mom by using a square of her gown and then cut-out a piece of lace and sewed it on one side. Seeing my mother hold this walking down the aisle is priceless. Our wedding took place in another city so all of my vendors were remote. I really wanted to someone local to do this (shop small!). This was such a special, positive experience so I will always be grateful to Wendy - she is just so, so talented. Her daughter, Erin, is who I dealt with at the shop and Erin was the best! They have nearly every other hair product you may or may not find at Walmart. Most hair accessories to make hair accessories with. Some bling at reasonable to cheap prices. Make up, nail products, and eye lashes. I particularly like the assortment of cosmetic contacts to chose from. (Non prescription). Talk about wigs and hair colors. I can bleach my own hair and safely color it using YouTube video tutorials. And spend less than 10$ and my time. I think the owners are not very knowledgeable and just buy and pack the store to make money. But if you kno what you want I would check it out. There's stuff for men but it's mostly tailored to woman and stylists. If you need helped you will have to ask for it if one of the 3 people there working are not busy. If you want a wig and it's unavailable in the back they discount the floor model. Trendy clothes are pricey . If you and your friends need matching attire that's where to look. Some 80s styles also slouch socks hats and scarves to bandana. And oils ove all kinds for hair n skin. And some flashy shoes that may have been bedazzled. It can be overwhelming but it's definitely a place to check out atleast once if you're not finding what you need and can't wait for Amazon or Temu to deliver . lol oh they don't use the rewords stuff and returns are not so easy if at all. Sorta…read morepricey on the shoes, but sometimes you want to buy something a little nicer than the usual at the Department stores and Stride Rite shoes last well beyond when your kid will grow out of them. This is also the only local place to get Catholic school uniforms and embroidered shirts for the schools.
