What a pleasant surprise! We were immediately greeted as though we were old friends, even though we'd never been there before. We went to the counter and I told the gentleman of my new purchase and he thoroughly cleaned it and put a new coil in. While he was doing this, my bf, who also vapes, was talking about some trouble he was having with one of his mods. These gentlemen were VERY knowledgeable and offered some handy tips. They offered their services without any pressure. We also learned that many of their ejuices are from local ( some not necessarily from Lufkin) manufacturers. Since I prefer to support local businesses, this was definitely a plus for me even though I make my own juice. They didn't try to "sell" me on switching to a different juice but said that if I ever wanted to try some, they had a large selection. There is a selection of mods and tanks to choose from and they answered every question we had about the models we were curious about. There is also a drive thru which I could see being convenient if you need to swing by and pick up juice or coils. However, if you want to just relax, watch some tv, read, or just hang out for a bit, this place offers a comfortable, clean and well-lit area to do it in. Their professionalism, genuinely friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of their products make this my new favorite place for my vaping needs. There's no hard selling here. There's no need for it. Whether you've been into vaping for years or are looking to quit smoking by taking up vaping as an alternative, the Vapor Room is just the place to go.

I like to think of myself as a guy who is a casual, but savvy consumer, so when I decided to start vaping I saved my money, considered my options, and went into the Smoke Center in Nacogdoches planning to spend $250.00-$300.00; I LEFT WITH ALL OF MY MONEY. Although the Smoke Center has an excellent selection, and is staffed by at least one friendly face; during the course of my visit a man claiming to be the owner interrupted the salesperson assisting me, culminating with this mysterious proprietor saying "you are wasting my time" and "asking too many questions . . . as if I have nothing else to do" and that I would need to leave if I was not immediately interested in buying his merchandise (my apparent - active - interest seemed to give no indication that I was interested in buying in the same; or so it seems). Having never been spoken to so rudely by - any - shopkeeper in - any town- I gladly complied; and will not be visiting this gentleman's place of business again.
