I am newly here, so my Portuguese is very limited (for the moment), but I always start any conversation with my very best effort to speak Portuguese first. If I can not say it on my own, I will use a language app to assist. Every single person I have ever encountered has been gracious and kind...Not at 5àSec. Outright and unnecessarily rude is exactly how I would describe every single person who works there... which tells me that it comes from the location's manager,... just a guess. I have taken quite a lot of business there, but today was the last straw. never again. I will happily find ANYWHERE else to take my business.. it is ironic that they are so aggressively rude about non-native speakers since they are in the heart of tourist Lisbon. I certainly have no expectation that these folks should be my besties, but it is shame that they spend so much energy making people, like myself, who are trying our best to be considerate feel badly for even trying. if I were upper management at 5àSec, I would maybe transfer these women to a location that is more locally inclined and maybe bring some more considerate and kind people into the location which services a considerable amount of tourists...just a thought.

Each train station only has 12 lockers each (good luck!) and aren't as centrally located. It is right down the street from Praca de Luis Camoes You can hang out in the waiting room, print boarding passes make photocopies, etc. nice clean place and the guy was very friendly. Looks like about 1 euro per bag per hour, a little more or less, depending on size and length of time. Seems completely worth it if you want to enjoy an afternoon in Lisboa without dragging a suitcase around what must be the worst cobblestones and the #*$@$@$& narrowest sidewalks I have ever seen. Or just walk in the streets and get plastado'd by a nutso tram driver. You won't have to worry about your flight at all.

There are ticketing kiosks which is useful because my 24 hour pass from the Lisbon network didn't work here. Cheap enough for an 8 minute ride - less than €2 each way. They have clearly visible signs showing not only how long until the next ferry departs but also what percent full it is. Helpful info! There is a small convenience store and some other retail. The station was under major renovations when I was here in January 2022. Easy connection to the trams and buses which took me most of the way to the Christ statue. I returned with a walk along the waterfront after dinner at Ponto Final and that five star review is coming soon. Inside the waiting area, some seating and some vending machines. The "boarding" sound goes and everyone starts moving for the ferry. It's an easy walk for a shop that does this a dozen times a day back and forth across the river. Overall, as pleasant an experience as one can have on mass transit.

Inside the terminal in Casilhas we bought one way tickets and they were €1.30 per person. The building/area is really 2-stars. There is covered but outdoor seating. And there are digital signs telling you where your bus will arrive/ leave. When we first reached the hotel, the Uber driver let us out at a location that wasn't exactly in front of the hotel. As we were walking, we got turned around and called the hotel to let them know that we couldn't figure it out and one of the front desk's associates actually came out to find us and walk us back to the hotel even helping us with our luggage on the walk back to the hotel.
