I had a plumber come out to fix a faucet issue. Under my kitchen sink he cut a hole in the back of the cabinet and the drywall. I called Pedro to see about getting it repaired. Hr asked for photos of the hole to give me a quote. Two and a half hours later, he was in my kitchen in Sachse, working on the hole. They laid out a tarp to keep everything clean and vaccumed regularly as they worked. He had both the drywall and the cabinet repaired and painted in less than an hour. Called and made an appointment for 1:00 PM on 4-22-21. Mr. Hernandez agreed to be at my house at that time. I informed him I worked and I would leave work at noon to meet him at my house. I arrived at 12:15 and called to confirm. He said he forgot about the time he set and had come to my house at 10:00 AM. He then told me he had changed the time because he was in downtown Dallas. He also said he had used a quarter tank of gas and wasted his time. He told me to find someone else because he needed customers who were flexible?? Great customer service. We had custom book shelves installed in both an office and the living room in addition to six floating shelves in the office. The shelves were made off site in the builders facility, and were transported via a large van for installation. The living room shelves came in three sections, containing 56 cubes each being 12"Dx13"Hx12"W. The book shelf for the office was a single unit containing 15 cubes at 22"W x12"D x 16" height each. The floating shelves were installed via mitered corner measuring 5'x7'. All shelves were delivered paint/stain quality finish, with only minor sanding to begin the paint process. I contacted Hernandez Painting from a referral for a quote. The following day he arrived and he was able to see the final steps of installation and was able to quote an acceptable price. While on site he discussed the prep process with the shelf builder and by listening to them discuss the project I knew I made the right decision on contacting Pedro. He asked a lot of questions and knew what needed to be done. This was on a Thursday and he began work the following Monday. His methodical process of prep, attention to detail, paint and finish was beyond my expectations. This professional identified some areas that needed a little additional attention and took care of them all. This wasn't a minor project and he accomplished this with precision, care and attention to detail. We could not be happier. I recommend Pedro Hernandez Painting for any project you have. Absolutely perfect! Pedro was highly professional, on-time, quoted us a fair price, and above all DID A GREAT JOB. We took our cabinets from a dark wood stain to a bright white and they look fantastic! He laid a marble backsplash, (not the easiest material to work with) and he nailed that as well!
