Luis (and the crew) is awesome! He's quick at responding and is so knowledgeable about his work. He showed up at my house on time and walked around with me until we came to a good estimate. Before we even talked prices, he pointed out all the areas that needed work on my large yard. He knows what each types of plants and trees are and also knows how they should be planted. He asked me where things should be even without me realizing that I had to things planted too close to each other. He truly is an observant man! We have to take out a few trees out because he noticed the trees being sick. He responded in less than his average response time and started working details with me. I was trying to get his help fast but he said he had other appointments to satisfy, but would do his best. I'm glad I was able to find a good and trustworthy gardener like Luis. I have a large backyard and recently had to fire my old gardener because he would just cut the grass and blow the trash under the bushes. I hired Luis two months ago and can already see the difference in the quality of the work and attention to detail. Not only will Luis do a great job maintaining the front and backyard, he is always checking to see if all the sprinklers are working properly, cleans up borders, prunes the roses, and can make recommendations about trees and plants to plant. I am only writing this review not based on his work but based on him completely wasting my time. Set up an appointment to meet at my bosses house today to get a quote on weekly maintenance. It was scheduled for 2pm. At 12:30pm he sends me a message asking if he could go right now. I was 30-40 minutes away at another appointment. I told him it would take me that long to get there. Left my current appointment early to accommodate HIM and drove all the way to my bosses house. We are sitting and waiting for this guy to show up, when I receive a text message that he doesn't even service the area?! WTF?! Everyone else checks this BEFORE committing to coming to someone's property. He knew where the property was located and had the address days before setting up the appointment. I like how people don't value anyone else's time these days. Glad we all saw this side of him prior to engaging his services. read more

I actually found Luis Lopez on Yelp and decided to give him a try, and am so pleased that I did. He turned a weed eating lawn into a luxurious green carpet of a lawn in both the front and back yards. He is always accessible and available for any issues that come up, like a broken sprinkler head, and is quick to accommodate your needs. I quickly saw the difference in his quality service compared to my last gardener who seemed to have some integrity issues. It was clear that Luis knows his craft, and knows what he's talking about when diagnosing issues with your lawn, sprinklers, plants, and other landscaping issues. I highly recommend him and his team.
