I called the store to see what was going on, and there was no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. So I emailed the address listed on the confirmation I received. I heard nothing back. When I finally spoke to someone, I got 2 different stories about what happened. One lady claimed that FTD was supposed to call me to approve a substitution, and I didn't receive any phone calls. The other lady at the store claimed that she called me several times and sent me multiple emails, and that I never got back to her, so she couldn't complete my order. I am a big supporter of local businesses, but I felt like all I got was a bunch of excuses. They apologized, but then turned around and pointed fingers every direction but their own. As I said, this is not the first issue I've had with this business, and I was really hoping this time would be different.
