First of all, they still owe me some car washes... years back I bought one of those 'Wash-a-Week' things... before I was able to use 'em car wash breaks -KAPUT- and it's still not fixed BTW... I tried getting a refund after a few weeks - NOPE- 'privately operated car wash' I was told. Which absolutely BEGS the question: WHY'D BP SELL ME THE PACKAGE? and Why's there a BIG frickin' BP sign on the wash? No matter... my washes are lost. The convenience store Is staffed, yet whenever I walk in I'm waiting around for the guy to make his way to the counter. At least he's friendly... always with the 'hello my friend' and such. There's an assortment of snacks and gums and coolers in the back of the store. Typical overpriced gas station drinks and questionable sandwiches. For me, it's a cancer stick and lawn equipment gas stop. That's about it though... Now where's my car washes???

WHAT?! So she takes the extra dollar and I do the math for her and she doesn't get it. She still sticks to her guns that we owed her money as she even whips out the calculator and just adds up $37. I have been a very loyal customer for over four years. This location is near to my home and very…read moreconvenient for gas, cigarettes, snacks, etc. I recently visited this location to purchase some sodas and cigarettes. I got in my car and realized they were the wrong brand. I went back in to exchange them and a cashier that knows me as a regular customer informed the cashier who made the error that he could not exchange the cigarettes. I never left the premises, but she said it was against the law. I went to another store to purchase the correct brand and asked if I left their store with the wrong brand would they exchange them. They said yes and showed me a sign in the store that stated the same thing. I returned to Meijers to tell them that the rude cashier was not truthful about the exchange and where was the sign that stated no exchanges. She then called someone on the phone to tell them I was causing a problem and ask about the sign. The person on the phone said they would bring it the next day. So I was out of $20.33 for them giving me the wrong product. The cashier's name is Denise. She talked to me like I was a stranger, she was very rude, and she is a liar. I really like Meijer's gas station and the convenience of being close and open 24 hrs. But as long as Denise works there, I will not return and have told my friends to go to another station down the street. I can't believe she treated me like that. I have been a customer before she started working there. I don't want to spend my money with rude, unprofessional, lying, no customer service having employees. I hope she doesn't run other loyal customers away. Good bye!
