He said he must talk to the doctor because he doesn't believe just cause she gave it is right. He made me feel horrible and like a drug addict. Very judgmental and rude. Always problems. read more

The CVS located on Broadway Avenue, in Crown Point, Indiana, treats ALL their customers with respect, dignity, and gracious patience! If it wasn't for the hardworking team there, I would've NEVER received my pre-ordered photographs I purchased online, using their app. If it wasn't for the staff at this particular CVS - I initially ordered the photos from the closer CVS, located on N. Main St. in Crown Point, Indiana, but was politely told I needed to go to the OTHER CVS in Crown Point, Indiana to get my, "Thank You So Much" cards that I handed out to my neighbors, family, friends and community! That was a bit confusing, but everything worked out in the end. I don't hate either CVS, I just don't like ordering using their mobile app, shopping at one store, then being told, "Oh, SORRY, you got to go to the OTHER CVS for those pictures." This pharmacy is awful. Wait times are ridiculous inside and out. Two lanes of drive through but only one available for pick ups always. Watch your meds people...errors on blood pressure meds and hormone replacement therapy. If I had option to go anywhere else I would. Absolute worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. Not helpful. Pharmacy staff was rude and disrespectful of me and my time.

I recently went into the CVS at this location and picked up a prescription. As I was walking out I asked the cashier at the front counter if she had any Anti Bacterial lotion or spray. She said she only had the small 1 once bottles. As I was about to buy one ( which was the limit) she said, it was somewhere around $8.00. If this isn't price gouging, what is? I can't believe the manufactures are charging anymore for the product and yet this CVS store is. I just wanted to say, If I didn't have to go there for my prescription refills, I would never go back there. read more

I love CVS, I've always loved CVS's everywhere, and I consider it my go-to pharmacy. The best price discounts in the area. But WHY?!, CVS, WHY?! have you stopped carrying club soda/tonic water? You expect me to come here to pick up the best discounted liquor in CP, and yet you no longer carry club soda or tonic? Pharmacy would run good if Corporate would stop in and just see how certain employees treat customers. Mark you couldn't ask for a nicer and knowledgeable pharmacist. Nicole the technician is very polite and knows how to treat her customers. Angela and the female pharmacist who is blonde and on the heavy side I can't say to much positive about. I take my father there for his medicine and observe a lot of rudeness behind the counter. When you are going to the pharmacy you are going for a reason. One of the reasons are you are ill. And you are not in the mood for sarcasm or rudeness. When a customer wants to ask a question these two women act like you inconvenience them by asking. If either of them are unhappy with their jobs they are in the wrong career. These two women should be ashamed of themselves how they treat others and talk about customers when they leave the counter. read more

Forget trying to get anyone on the phone! They just don't answer. Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times. I've been going to this CVS since it opened. I have to go to CVS due to my insurance. Drive thru is not too bad if you get there before 430pm. It's only one line and the angle pulling in is very awkward. Two times they gave me the wrong amount of medication and one time I received someone else's medication. Stay away from CVS unless you enjoy dealing with stupid people! read more

I did have my issue resolved, however I had to contact Corporate and get the District Supervisor involved. CVS staff at the store misinterpreted their new policy regarding discounts and controlled substances. I went through the trouble of transferring my prescription, which could have been avoided if they were given better directives. I do not put all of the blame on the individual pharmacy. read more

the drugstore as a whole is pleasant and diverse offerings; the pharmacy is professional and efficient with the exception of the daytime pharmacist; the woman I would guess in her 50s with an enormous attitude problem; consistently condescending and rude and either ignorant of proper pharmaceutical practice or deceitful. not sure which of the two is more of a detriment to this company. don't know her name nor care to but she is a detriment to the business. read more
