Restroom on the mens side was dirty and needed attention. --Service/Staff-- Staff was friendly and held my stuff while I used the restroom. --Products-- Sandwiches were gas station quality. No complaints. --Capacity-- Limited on the number of pumps. --Overall-- Recommended if you are needed gas, but there are other stations that have easier access to enter. Heavy traffic on the road that makes it difficult to enter and exit.

WHAT?! So she takes the extra dollar and I do the math for her and she doesn't get it. She still sticks to her guns that we owed her money as she even whips out the calculator and just adds up $37. I guess math isn't a requirement for working at the Meijer gas station.

I got in my car and realized they were the wrong brand. I went back in to exchange them and a cashier that knows me as a regular customer informed the cashier who made the error that he could not exchange the cigarettes. I never left the premises, but she said it was against the law. I went to another store to purchase the correct brand and asked if I left their store with the wrong brand would they exchange them. They said yes and showed me a sign in the store that stated the same thing. I returned to Meijers to tell them that the rude cashier was not truthful about the exchange and where was the sign that stated no exchanges. She then called someone on the phone to tell them I was causing a problem and ask about the sign. The person on the phone said they would bring it the next day. So I was out of $20.33 for them giving me the wrong product. The cashier's name is Denise. She talked to me like I was a stranger, she was very rude, and she is a liar. I really like Meijer's gas station and the convenience of being close and open 24 hrs. But as long as Denise works there, I will not return and have told my friends to go to another station down the street. I can't believe she treated me like that. I have been a customer before she started working there. I don't want to spend my money with rude, unprofessional, lying, no customer service having employees. I hope she doesn't run other loyal customers away. Good bye!

Today, the Tech who checked my tires told me that he wasn't going to fill up my driver's side front tire because he saw a ping pong ball sized bubble in the wall. I'm glad that I stopped there today after my haircut and had my tires checked. I bought two (2) tires from them about a month ago and it looks like I'll be getting two more. Drive safely!

I own a 1997 Lincoln Town Car that is a family heirloom, my father purchased it brand new. I have…read morebeen taking this car to Exhaust Masters since 2019 with no problems at all. Well, that has changed, I have, in the last several months, taken the car to Exhaust Master 3 times for the same issue, stalling when either driving at slow speeds or at stops. Each and every time it is something different, Mass air filter, IAC, another Mass air flow sensor, NONE has worked due to the inept diagnosis it has cost several hundred if not thousand dollar and I am no where near to having this situation alleviated, in fact it seems to be worse. They now have diagnosed it again with a crankshaft position sensor, and guess what, that is another 500 dollar repair. Do you see a pattern of ineptness or just plain thievery going on here? I do, this is why I will never ever take a vehicle to this establishment again. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with "parts cannon" mechanics--where they keep firing new parts at a problem on your dime without fixing the root cause. When a shop replaces the same sensor twice (the Mass Air Flow sensor) and the car still stalls, it's a massive red flag that their diagnostic process is failing.

The car has 35,000 miles and is a well maintained vehicle, never had any problems with my car before I filled up here. I called and spoke with the owner Jim (who of course, doesn't admit he is serving lean or watered down gas) acted like it wasn't his problem. I will NEVER go to this gas station again, and I will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know to not get their gas from this station either. Now, I have to take my car into the dealership to make sure his shitty gas didn't ruin my engine. Save yourself the hassle and get gas elsewhere!
