Do not waste your money here! I had an approved warranty replacement by GoodYear because of a defective tire on my after market larger rim. Obviously my OEM recommended specs will be different because I got larger after market rims. I was given no problems when I bought in Florida brand new. This Discount tire defused to honor the claim and denied service. I have no clue what the problem was if they are getting paid no matter what. Well, I just wanted to tell all that I had tremendous customer service from a man named Dennis S. on May 08, 2026. I was upset about my alignment not being completed when I arrived, but Dennis acted over and above expectations remaining calm, polite, and genuine. I left the store feeling good, and when I drove my car it was perfect. If discount tire management is listening, they should seriously consider promoting this man to store manager at the least, or better yet make him corporate training manager for customer service. The service here has steadily declined over the last few years. It is a cattle stampede and customer service has taken a back seat. You do get what you pay for and there is nothing free. I went to get 4 all new tires. They got me in and out. I started driving and my low pressure on my tire lights comes on The same day. ‍ the next day I took it back for them to check it, then the guy comes out and says your rim is bent. THIS IS NEW INFO FOR ME. Not once did they tell me about the rim. Thats dangerous. I asked why didn't anyone say something he said he they don't know. Now day #3 I had to leave work early to get here in enough time to get the rim. I asked was there something the could do and Keegan said no. Love the people that took care of me. I had a flat and my car was towed here. Moises did an awesome job by keeping me in the loop. He called me and let me know what was going on, why they needed to replace it, did a good thorough check on my other tires and also reminded me that I needed new wipers ( thankful for that)! I had a nail in my driver side tire and was told they could not fix it and that I needed a new tire. They also proceeded to tell me my other brand-new tires that are not even a year old are going bad. The total to fix the tire with nail would be $260. I went to another tire shop, not only did they fix my tire for $36, but they also told me nothing is wrong with my other tires. If you're a woman or unsure about tires, don't go here because they will try and rip you off. read more

Refusing To Help! After catching a flat tire, I waited overnight to get to Discount Tire to purchase a new one. I could have went anywhere else but I've had good experiences with Discount Tire in the past. I arrived , purchased a new tire then came back out to my car battery being dead. Bummer... I had my own jump pack but couldn't figure out how to properly attach it for a proper jump. I tried a couple of times in 20 degree weather but was unsuccessful. My fingers were frozen. I then went back inside to ask if anyone could assist.... I was denied help. Now I do understand that they are a tire shop but as a paying customer, I would've thought someone would at least be considerate and guide me on how to do it properly. NOPE! Left out in the cold to figure it out. After being stranded in their parking lot for over an hour, I was able to call a friend who was an hour away to assist. Wish I could give zero stars and had read the reviews beforehand. Only had to replace one tire but we called beforehand and were told it would be super quick and that our tire was in stock. When we arrived the manager told us there were "a couple of cars ahead but since it's just one tire it'll be in and out. We waited for almost 3 HOURS... being told every so often that there was only "one car ahead" of us. Finally we got up to leave the and the office manager himself ran ahead of us and hurry and pulled in our car and started to change the tire himself. He apologized and said he would just do it himself... but then another 30 min go by and the car is just sitting in the garage... so my husband finally went out and just grabbed it. Updated: 2/3/21 I came here for a rotation and regular servicing. I've been coming here since 2011. When I came in I wasn't surprised in the slightest at the care I received. We have taken all of our cars to this location as well as the Highland and Portage store. We have received extra care each and every time we have come. I decided to call in today and make an appointment instead of just going in and wasting everyone's time. I called and the wait was about 6 and a half minutes on the phone. Christian answered the phone and set me up with an appointment. I really didn't want to bother them, so i called back and Kevin F. Informed me it was imperative to have my tires rotated every 5-6k miles along with my oil changes. I hate waiting ont he phone, But it was worth it. When I got to the location I was checked in and told to wait in the car until my appointment time, Which I was perfectly fine with. My appointment was for 12:30, I was guided into the 2nd bay at 12:54pm. They walked me to the front to wait while the car was being serviced. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The chairs were placed at least 6 foot apart. They made sure to follow the guidelines for COVID. I felt very safe. While sitting in the showroom waiting for my car,, I overheard several people being told the wait would be 3 hours. I was out of the store by 1:10pm. So my advice to anyone coming would be to download the Discount Tire app and make an appointment. These guys are the best. I would still recommend. read more

Much gratitude and respect to Jewan for helping me in the time of need last Monday. I caught a flat tire on my way to a family emergency from work. I was unable to wait the hour plus timeframe to get the tire repaired. So I took it upon myself to do it in their parking lot in the rain which was a struggle because my rims are locked (I was desperate at this point). He saw me struggling from the window and came out w/ a floor jack and some tools and put the spare tire on for me free of charge! And also, Vincent for putting air in my spare tire and checking my tire pressure. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. One bad experience after another at this place. I pulled into the express aircheck lane because my tire was low. However, unfortunately it was quitting time. The staff was very irritated which is totally understandable. The gentleman did not put air in my tire after he told me he did. I went to one of the staff members, assuming he was a manager. I told him the situation. He refused to recheck the tire, probably because he knew it had not been properly filled. It was clearly still very low. I went straight to AutoZone and purchased and Air pressure device. Sadly enough I was correct there was only 29 pounds of air in my tire which requires 32 lb. read more

I have long preferred most any Discount Tire location over a small operation like Just Tires and especially over a car dealership. This was my first time at this specific Discount Tires location and they impressed me as expected. We arrive about 5:45pm with a blown tire in the trunk and spare on the car. Due to a car issue the tire in question had exposed radial wire and had exploded. Their posted hours showed they closed at 6pm today and I assumed we'd need to come back. The manager assured us they would fix it today and we could wait about an hour. When a customer is more important than your closing time that shows great customer focus. We waited about 45 minutes for the work to be completed. We had contact with four associates including the manager and everyone greeted us with a smile and were as helpful as possible. I love a place where employees treat their customers with respect and still smile when something you've done has caused them to work late. They could have easily turned us away, made us wait until tomorrow, or been grumpy over the fact they had to work late because we showed up last minute. What a great experience. read more

Been here many many times over the years this last experience had to be the absolute worst. Without a long list of problems the worst being the ignorant way the workers spoke to me i can handle the fact they screwed up my order big time and its taken them 3 days to install 4 rims and 4 tires. I purchased a complete new set of rims and tires for my brand new Ford F150. Everything went perfect and seamless. Unfortunately the tires I chose are extremely noisy and I wasn't aware until I drove on them and it's just not a good fit for me. That being said. I'm currently in process of getting into another a new set of tires. I would like to mention throughout my experience the full staff has been extremely kind, knowledgeable and have answered every one of my questions. They're number one concern is that I am happy no matter what it takes. I have experienced working with the manager Tim and he is truly a five star manager he has returned every one of my phone calls, handled challenges with grace and a smile. Tim is one of a kind he is few and far between he truly cares about making his customers happy he runs a tight ship at the store and you can tell everybody loves him. . Tim has exceeded my expectations, he has went above and beyond With coming up with a solution that is a good fit for me and my wife.
