If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Luke Rodriguez has been nothing short of reckless and negligent. On multiple occasions, he provided pre-qualification letters stating I was approved for a mortgage that I did not actually qualify for. A loan was eventually able to be done, but the only explanation given for the earlier denials and chaos was that Luke had hard-pulled my credit seven times--something that should never have happened. He was recorded during a phone call in which, at one point, he even attempted to waive his commission for a loan that was not qualifyable in the first place. This entire situation left us displaced from our housing and scrambling to find a place in a rush, which resulted in significant unexpected expenses for us and for others who helped arrange emergency housing. Luke's actions demonstrate a serious lack of care for his clients and the consequences of his mistakes.
