They have the worst manager named Jerry on earth. I came from another state and needed to very badly wash and vacuum my car out. I went here and spent $32 dollars on gas and the wash was $10. Went through the wash and got over to the vacuum and none was on. I asked The so called manager Jerry if he can turn it own because I came here and paid for the wash and vacuum. He tells me no because he's the only one there and he can't watch the wash ND vacuum. I said ok no problem can I have my money back so I can go somewhere else that I can use the vacuum as well, he says no. The vacuum has nothing to do with the wash because it's free. I said WHAT The Living hell are you talking about. There are over 40 pumps at this station. It's normal that half are out of commission. Today, all of the pumps were down! Not one pump was working...and where was the signage?? During one previous encounter here, I scanned my card outside and pumped like normal. An employee came out and told me that I'd used someone else's gas, though I'd been at the pump for too long and had already swiped my card. She erroneously added someone's payment to my pump and wanted me to hand him $20! She wasn't apologetic at all and appeared to be annoyed when I insisted that I come inside to ensure my payment hadn't gone through and to pay the exact amount to the station for my gas, rather than this stranger outside of this poorly managed establishment! Terrible customer service. Luckily, there are other stations in the area, and a new station is being built across the street. read more

This is a horrible establishment. This place is poorly managed and not well run. WHEN the pumps are working you still have to go inside to pay regardless of credit or debit card. Now that you HAVE to go inside you get to be treated rudely by staff. They have no problem on dragging their feet making you wait or yelling at customers. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! All of us since Friday just had our cars ruined! Mine is being towed as I type this. All the tanks were accidentally they said filled with Diesel gas! Auto shops are backed up with cars. They NEED and MUST reimburse all of us for this! I never go here because of the rude workers and half the pumps are always broken. I am not a fan of Bp gasoline, they still have not regained my trust after that big oil and contamination spill that they suffered a few years back. But it wasn't my car that I will filling up so ehhhh. However I can recommend this lukes location because its huge with a five dollar car wash and its right across from a Wal-Mart. It can it super crowded in the summer but there is like 30 pumps if not more, so wait time is not bad at all. Customer service ranges from good to average. You never know who will be behind that glass window. But I never seen anyone with a bad attitude so it works. Sucks that they will not let you cash your scratch off tickets if their from Illinois. This is literally the worst gas station I have ever been to, and it's not really even close. More than half the pumps don't work. And of the half that does, half of THOSE have malfunctioning screens. This is the worst gas station I've ever experienced. The customer service is atrocious. I had the unfortunate experience of being cursed and yelled at by a clerk for complaining about their lack of professionalism and service. I will be filling a formal complaint with BP as well as visiting the store again to speak directly to a manager. The clerk refused to give me her name but said her employee number was 7. Avoid unless dire emergency. Large place but half the pumps have bags on them, the other half don't work. Could not find a working pump. It is like playing the lottery. Go inside ask for help to be directed to a working pump and told by women that she can't help because she is only the cashier. This place should be condemned. I wonder why this place has 1.5 stars... where do I begin with this review.... 1st- none of their vacuums work by the car wash and they also aren't marked indicating that they do not work, eat your money and the "employees" can't do shit about a refund. 2- little sister went in with her emergency money to fill her car with gas, had an old $20 and a $2 bill, employee called them fake and denied her the transaction. I called to ask if they accepted US currency and stupidly she responded yes? As if I was the one asking a dumb question. I proceeded to ask how and why she was denied the US currency for her fill up today, the girl proceeded to tell me that they don't accept fake bills and don't have ANYTHING to determine they're fake except for putting the bill up to the light to see a face... wow just wow this is the first time I've heard of a place NOT having a marker or a LIGHT to indicate the authenticity of currency. Service is terrible here. Cashiers are slow working and rude. The printers have no paper most of the time. So if you need the receipt for your car wash then you're gonna have to stand in line defeating the purpose of paying with a credit card in the first place. This Luke BP station is always crowded, many of the pumps don't work, and the clerks are rude and ignorant. On Sunday, 6/18/17 I was assigned two pumps after paying that did not work. When I came back the second time to let the clerk know the gas was not pumping, he emphatically said, "The money is on the pump". Why would I lie about the pump not working? I'm a senior citizen. When I came back the third time, he treated me like I was dirt when I asked him to go to another cash register to put the gas on. He was nasty and said, "I'll put the credit back on your BP card" as if to say, go somewhere else. I asked his name and he said, "Luke 6". I tried calling the number on the receipt but was only calling the station. I asked for a manager and they said they couldn't give me her number. I told them I'd call and write the corporate office, but each clerk behind their glass was ignorant and uncouth. I went a mile down Indianapolis Blvd. to a quiet, clean BP station.
