They skipped our lawn mowing from time to time without warning and once sent an elderly gentleman to mow when they had missed. The gentleman didn't blow the grass cuttings off of the lawn and the entire yard died. They didn't check in with us about the mowing season ending- just didn't show up and when i messaged said they figured we were done with mowing since our yard was dead. Completely no respect to other things. Splashed side of the house. Crappy concrete job, landing looks horrible, 2 steps are not correct size, all steps slopping down. Its bad to walk on them. Never attend to build new handrailing, after they tool old once down. People didn't know what to do, where he found, who knows. He paid them hourly, luck of knowledge and experience. I had to hire another company to correct few things, but steps are still bad and nothing can be done except to redo them. Owner Bill dear to claim how great job he did! Oh boy so far from the truth. Essentially, the roof needed remodeled. Storm Bros team worked as a well oiled and ordered machine. They kept their promises. They were clean and efficient. They were professional. The roof no longer leaks and the water now runs off the roof well. I hope to attach pictures when I can take an opportunity to get on the roof. Remove exiting gutters at breezeway, remove existing roof at breezeway, install new 2x10 ridge beam at center location, frame new 2x8 rafters with valleys, add new 12" overhang and fascia at breezeway, install 1/2" OSB roof sheathing, chimney flashing install, installing shingles, detaching gutters, cutting back existing gutters and miter together, rehang and adjust gutters, soffit replacement, 6" fascia cap installation, installing new roof.
