I got up the morning after and was water in my basement again. Spent 13000.00 they finished and I have water in my basement again . I called complain. Get a call 3 hours after they open and say we will come out and fix it. I said you should have done your job when you were here. You don't have a check list ? I said I fixed your screw up already wasn't waiting for more water in my basement. They added drain pipes into the crocks and reinstalled my sump pumps without checking to see it everything worked. The drain pipes they added held my floats down and not letting the pumps to turn on . Was not happy .

We had some concerns about cracks in the basement walls and called on OSW for a warranty…read moreinspection. Ron was great and flagged 5 specific areas his team would come out to repair. Service was scheduled a few months later and they came out on Oct. 21st to do the work. I was surprised there wasn't an excavator, but the four man crew dug out the ground with hand shovels. Didn't matter much, they installed their barriers, topped with their tar compound and filled the holes back up. They showed me what was going on and explained the what/why as they went and left me very pleased. It's been less than a month, but haven't had an issue yet. So far, happy to report I don't expect that to change much either. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.

But, I did not hear that they don't encapsulate the interior walls and more importantly that they leave the inside part of the floor uncovered.
