This is one of the best Lululemon stores that I have visited. The employees here are very friendly and always willing to help. I will say this store isn't the largest Lululemon I've been too. It they usually have a good amount of inventory. If they don't have something you're looking for, they will gladly check for items or sizes that are not currently on the floor. They have mobile devices to scan the QR code on the clothing tag. It will then show them if they have inventory in store; at a store nearby or online. If they don't have it, they will place the order for you along with fast free shipping. Orders normally ship via FedEx and deliver quickly. Of course the shopping bags your items come with are awesome. They are very versatile and I usually repurpose them for other things like taking to the pool or on the boat. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay and can email receipts. read more

A Yogi's dream shop of quality clothing and workout gear right here in Huntsville! Finally made it in to visit Lululemon Athletica. This particular store is only two months young, but they're quite busy. In this cozy shop, you'll find a wide selection of the finest in Yoga wear, and it's a familiar brand appreciated by many in the Yoga world. Prices are up there, but if you look at the label it's made of good quality material that lasts longer than the ones already collecting dust in your closet. ;P Selections include both men and women workout clothing, mats, packs, bags, towels, and such. The discount rack is filled with good deals and marked down items. Their form fitting clothing (not yet marked down) are gorgeous, and feels nice too. I've got my eye on those! 8) If you're looking for workout clothing with quality material, ones that actually wic and are breathable, you'll find it here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They're quick to inform and point you to the discount rack in the center which I found to be cool since I'm a deal hunter of quality goods. When I contemplated getting a pack for hubby (really for me LOL), Mike was helpful in modeling it. Lol. Katie, the assistant manager, was super friendly in inviting me to tonight's Yoga class and informing me of who the different instructors will be for the next few weeks. They offer a FREE Yoga class every Friday evening at 5 PM. You can bring your own mat or borrow one of theirs. Classes used to be held out on the nearby green but now is being held in the store where it is much cooler. They just slide all their inventory to the back to make room for all the Yogis (from newbies, oldies, and everyone in between, including other instructors) to join in. My daughter and I made a special trip to this store to buy leggings and the front doors are open and the state mask mandate has been lifted. We walk in the door and instead of being greeted, we are asked if we have masks?? Really?? And we said no and she said well they are behind you. SO we walked out and will not return. The sales associate seemed racist against black people. I came into the store yesterday to purchase a warm jacket for outdoor jogging and when I went to check out the associate made sure to check every pocket of the jacket as if I had stuffed the jacket with stolen items... smh. I live in Atlanta and I am an engineer I could have easily purchased a hundred of those jackets if I wanted to. **CURVY GIRLS BEWARE** Let me set the scene: 1pm on a Tuesday, 3 shoppers, 4 employees. I am beyond angry and upset. I just had a horrible experience at the Lulu in Huntsville, AL. Mind you I am a size 14, and have been wearing their leggings when I was even bigger. I received a gift card to here for my birthday(I asked for one) and was super excited to use it. I just recently have lost about 20lbs and counting, so I wanted to reward myself with something from Lulu. I've been to this specific store at least 10 times, if not more, usually the staff is friendly and helpful, today was an exception I guess. I pulled up with my $100 gift card, prepared to spend more than that because I love their athletic bottoms, but when I walked in all I get was a "Hey." from 1 of the 4 employees working there, which is fine, but usually they are super helpful, so I just brushed it off. Then within 5 minutes two separate girls came in the store, you know who were more aesthetically pleasing for the brand. The employees great them with enthusiasm and ask how to help them, basically becoming their personal shoppers. So I grab my clothes I wanted to try on and go to the fitting area. The girl asked me if I was ready to try on, and what my name was. I said "Yes, its Courtney", she then leads me to the fitting rooms, as I am about to walk into the first one, she points back to the one behind it and says "Here you go, this one is bigger", to which I replied "Why does that matter?", to which she just looked at me awkwardly and said "Most people ask for the bigger dressing rooms, I was letting you know this is the second biggest room." Several things: 1. I didn't ask for anything 2. I have tried clothes on their MANY times before and have never needed to be "accommodated" for So I'm trying the clothes on, and the girl comes back to the door and says "Courtney, can I speak with you?", I said "Can you give me a minute to get dressed" to which she responds "It's fine, we can talk here. I wasn't trying to be offensive, most people ask for the bigger fitting rooms..." and keeps harping on how she wasn't trying to be offensive. 1. You were already offensive, and I let it go 2. You asked to speak with me, and I asked for a moment to get dressed, which she then proceeded to talk over the door to me and announce to the whole store the issue. When I come out, no one asked how anything fit, or if I liked or didn't like anything, so I walk around the store and put back all the things I didn't like, since she clearly wasn't going to help me either. Meanwhile, the dressing room attendant and another employee are huddled over whispering and looking at me. I bought my damn pair of $60 shorts, will use the rest of the gift card online, and NEVER buy from Lululemon again. It really is a shame, since they decided less than a year ago they wanted to be "size inclusive" buy occasionally carrying 2 or 3 things in the store up to a size 20. I've always defended Lulu and their prices and sizing, but not anymore. No one deserves to be made spectacle of, especially in their over priced, and narrow minded atmosphere. read more

This is the BEST store we have ever been in. We were first time shoppers and we were having a terrible, terrible day (we had to put our beloved dog down earlier that day), and I was so (embarrassingly) emotional, but my daughter wanted a couple of things for a school football game. The sales people were remarkably sensitive, kind, caring and extremely helpful. They did everything possible to lift our spirits and made us - - complete strangers, feel loved and like family. Rude employees and terrible customer service. Tried to get a new pair of leggings because my other ones ripped. It was under warranty and they've done it for my sister's and mother's leggings before and they straight up refused to even look up my name. They do not take me seriously because of my age.
