She's consistently rude, dismissive, and acts as if any basic question is an interruption. If she's folding clothes and you ask for help, she reacts as though you're inconveniencing her. On multiple visits, I've asked about a single club regrip while I shop, and she responds with visible annoyance and a rundown of how busy she supposedly is--only for me to return 10 minutes later and find her chatting with coworkers. I've had other Dicks employees regrip a club for me in less than 10 minutes. She is, frankly, a terrible representative for Dick's Sporting Goods, and her attitude is the primary reason I will not be returning to this store.

The store is fairly large, well kept, organized, clean and easy to navigate with sections clearly defined. In addition to a wide variety of apparel consisting of all the well known beach/outdoor brands, they have a plethora of Ron Jon specific items from shorts, shirts, hats and more. Additionally, as expected, they have a corner of the store dedicated to all things surfing and skateboarding. This area offers a solid selection of pre-fab boards along with skim boards and boogie boards. And of course all the accessories that go along with it. Prices are fair and surprisingly so given the name brand and location in Pier Park. The store offers a great photo op with surfboards at their front entrance, but if you are already in Pier Park, you can access the store via a back entrance as well. Staff are always plentiful, helpful and friendly. Overall, Ron Jon is a solid spot and always a cool place to wander through when roaming around Pier Park.

It had been years since I had been swimsuit shopping for the above reasons. Then I put on my old suits and feel worse because they don't fit the same. Alas, I found Christina and it all changed. I have to note that I went to another shop in the area and they barely looked up to say hi. Christina asked a few questions and then had me trying on fits and sizes. I used to get caught up in sizes but that is a huge mistake with women's clothes. I walked out with a wonderful melange of swimsuits, that will make me not have to shop for a few years. The level of customer service is outstanding. Shopping with someone that knows the styles and fits and how a bathing suit should fit makes all the difference in the world. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for making this experience a good one. In a few years when it's time for new suits, I will come back just to see her. No joke.
