Products and store were up to lululemon standard! They were out of a lot of sizes. I purchased a jacket and the associate did not give me a receipt or ask me if I'd like one. When I asked for one she told me she had to return and re-sale me the item. She had an attitude and was very annoyed. When I spend over $100 I don't think asking for a receipt is too much to ask. I didn't care if it was printed or emailed. I just wish she was more friendly and helpful! Very disappointing. read more

It was my first time in a Lululemon and I had no idea where to begin on material or sizing. Kelsey went through almost every single legging on the shelf, brought me different sizes in the fitting room, & checked the fit on my body. Just moved to the fort walton area and thankful this place is not too far. This store is comparable to average lululemon stores anywhere and they do offer a great selection. My wife enjoys shopping here and could always find her size and i am very happy with their mens selection as they do have a lot of styles with various colors to choose from. The store is always nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is co-located with abrazo latin kitchen and we thought it was actually a lululemon restaurant haha. (They have excellent food). The store is next to grayton beach park which ranks at the top of best beaches in the US. We will definitely be coming back here since it is only an hour away from us. To clear it up, this store is a full pledge store now and no longer a showroom. They also have bathrooms in the back by the fitting rooms. read more

I love their leggings, swiftly techs, belt bags, hotty hots, and so much more. Not a full lululemon store it has limited hours so make sure you check their website. I still love coming here to get a few lulu pieces and I'm hoping with enough interest they open the selection more and add more hours. Beautiful location and they offer yoga on Saturdays like the main stores. Really hoping they open more stores out here; great quality clothes and yea they are expensive so don't try thinking you're gonna go cheap, they do have their clearance racks which knocks off a small percentage. read more

The new store is so very nice, and I was thrilled to have such a great selection so close by. Unfortunately, the attitudes of the employees is no where as good as the selection of the clothing. Without going into a great bit of detail, the two ladies (one tall blonde) were very rude. I bought a few pieces, and even went back thinking everyone has bad days, and thought I should give them another chance, because I do love the brand. No. On the 4 visits to this store, the women were all so very rude and conveyed an elitist type attitude. Please fix this lululemon. I would give this store no stars if I could. 1) The hours are just stupid -- it's not even convenient for people who don't work. Basically they're only open for a long lunch hour. 2) They don't have even half the selection of other Lulu stores and none of the classes. 3) The people who work here are jerks who treat customers like a nuisance. Save your time and money and go to a Lulu store elsewhere. This one is a total waste of your time. read more

Staff was nice & store is by the beach-cute not typical looking on the outside. I didn't give them five stars because I was exchanging shorts I purchased from another store & they charged me $1** for same shorts. Just a different size exchange. Found that odd. The sales person apologized but prob didn't know how to correct that. She said it maybe tax. But how could Hawai'i be cheaper than Florida? It was purchased a week ago in Hawaii. Staff was polite and two different ladies asked if I needed help as I browsed the shop & I was greeted at the door. Def will come back! read more
