Good size store with plenty of inventory. I found what I was looking for and they had almost all sizes in stock. I love their sports bras and wunder leggings! The staff wasn't overly helpful however, I did find out that they offer a discount for first responders and nurses/physicians. You can do a one time discount at the counter or log in and get verified online. 15% off is pretty good considering their prices. read more

Floor mural controversy aside, this is a very nice store. Terrific athletic clothing and supplies. Very nice and helpful staff. They even have exercise classes in the store when it's not yet open. The store and merchandise are top notch. I've been wearing lululemon for 8+ years. (I live out of state). They have the most comfortable clothes to work out in. And they last for years. The Walden Galleria staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice looking store. I love the mosaic on the ground when you first walk in. read more

I love love LOVE LuLulemon products. The saying really is true that you get what you pay for. Although their products are slightly more expensive than Nike or Under Armour, the quality and comfort of the clothing is far better than both brands. Once you start wearing Lulu, specifically their leggings, its so hard to go back to other brands because they are honestly that much more comfortable. And on top of the material being so comfortable and soft, all of the clothing is super cute! I've been to two different Lulu's but this location is by far my favorite. They have such a wide variety of both women's and men's clothing and the staff is so nice and helpful. I purchased a pair of black workout leggings a few months ago from this location that I absolutely loved. I had only worn them a few times and washed them once (and yes I followed the special washing directions for their clothing) and they started to fringe at the seam. I was so upset because one, I loved them and barely wore them and two, I had thrown my receipt out. I brought the pair of pants back to this location (same one as I purchased them from) and showed the woman working what had happened and explained I no longer had my receipt. Without hesitation she brought me a brand new pair of the same pants and exchanged them for me without any issues. If the comfortable clothing didn't make me a lifetime Lulu customer, then this sure did. Ya gotta love and respect a company that stands behind their clothing! read more

Thank you!! I recently was in the store to make my very first Lululemon purchase after receiving a gift card for Christmas. At first, I thought the staff was helpful in pointing me in the right direction when letting them know this was my first time there. I tried on some leggings, showed the employee, but I still wasn't very confident in my choice due to the larger size and length. The employee suggested having the length tailored in store which was great and I could pick them up in a few days. Awesome. A few days later, I excitedly picked up my leggings and headed home hassle free. When I got home, I tried on my newest purchase and was shocked to see that when I did a squat I could see right through them!! I was nervous I wouldn't be able to return them, but I gave it a shot. I walked into the store and went straight to the cashier to explain my situation. She looked at the pants and was shocked at the size I had picked. She said that there was no way this was the right size for me and told me she would make sure we find the perfect leggings for me. She suggested 5-6 different kinds and explained in detail the ups and downs of each one. I modeled each pair for her and she gave her honest opinion while making me feel great through the whole process. I wish this encounter would've happened the first time I walked into the store!! I am writing this on behalf of my husband. He went to this location on two separate days looking for a christmas gift. However both times he went in and asked for help, the staff was rude and didn't offer to help even when asked. Staff that wasn't currently with another client just pointed to an area for gift. My husband doesn't know anything about yoga clothes and just wanted advice on what to get. I understand it's the holiday season and it's extremely busy season but not even to tell him they would get back to him is not right. I won't be shopping here in the future. read more
