If you have a lot of money for spending for clothes, footwear, etc..., then this is the place for you (not me). I only come here for gym clothes & running shoes. They have amazing clothes & sneakers (and other stuff), but I just usually look around or I'll buy gifts for others here. This time, I was shopping for my son & did a curbside pickup. It took SO long for an employee to come out & bring 1 pair of sneakers out, it was ridiculous. I'll update my review next time I go in there & shop again. read more

I came to make an Amazon return. They have moved that department into a section in the linen area. So be aware it's not where it was pre pandemic. This store is open and clean. Well organized. Not too crowded. But, they have record not to require masks from all. Very unfortunate. Happily when I was there every staff was wearing their mask correctly. Kohl's is a chain department store, that reminds me of a Burlington Coat factory. The biggest difference between the two stores is, Kohl's is waaay more upscale. Kohl's have a great variety of clothes for men,women and children. They have alot of wonderful things for the home, and kitchenwares. They also have a program where you can accumulate kohl bucks, this allows you to purchase other items. Very nice place to shop at. read more

I stopped in today and randomly realized that I have not left a review for my favorite Kohl's location! How does that even happen?! So here it is. Better late than never, right? What is there to say about Kohl's as a whole? They have almost everything that you could ever possibly want. Clothes for men, women, juniors, kids, and babies. There is SO MUCH variety in style too, and I can't imagine that anyone could walk in without finding something that makes them go "oooh". They also have one of the biggest intimates sections around, a whole lot of shoes, and a decent amount of toys. Need bedding? They have that too! Kitchen supplies? Yep! Cosmetics? Uh huh! And the holiday section is one of my favorite stops. The BEST part is that they are always offering insane deals too, by way of discounts and Kohl's Cash. The return policy is the best I have ever heard of - you can return at any time, for any reason. They also offer ship to store, ship to home, and curbside pickup. What's not to love? This particular store is conveniently located. (Near so many other fun things!) I never have trouble finding a parking spot. It's always been clean and well stocked. This store is what I call, "spooky". When you go in here, do NOT expect to be helped by staff. The store is a crazy mess. Stuff is terribly unorganized. This store is a scary place to walk into. I like shopping at Kohls when I've time to match their Kohls cash + % discounts. They've a great selection of apparel for the whole family, kitchenware, toys, home & decor, and from my visit today they are selling electronic items like flatscreen tv and Beats headphone. The staff is polite, and store is generally very clean and organized except for the end of the year holiday season. I've shopped here on a Black Friday many moons ago and I will *not* do it again for any deals - the store tends to be more messy and the wait time to check out is INSANE! I love that I am able to shop online and make returns at the store as most stores do, however, there is a minimum purchase of $75 for free shipping unless they're running a special which rarely happens. I brought a bunch of PJ Mask items online for my little guy's birthday coming up that are not available for purchase in the store and just stopped by to return to items I don't like. The wait was not long, after my refund I was able to find something (socks!) quickly to use my Kohls cash and the whole trip took less than 15 minutes - in and out kinda return/shopping PS- I knocked off one star because of the price changes. Depending on whether it's Kohls cash week the same item's price changes and I'm not a fan of that. read more

There are several pros and cons. Pros, they have a huge parking lot, they have several different styles and sizes of clothing, have added a ton of new products, and have lines with well-known designers. The last time I was in the store, it hadn't been renovated, so it wasn't very impressive. The new reno makes the store look wonderful. It's clean, it's well stocked, and the employees are very nice and helpful. The original store did not have a very good section for plus size women, such as myself. Basically everything that I could fit my curves and muffin top into, were a style you'd see on someone who was older. The new department has brands that someone my age would enjoy, and feel ready to go out on the town, instead of heading to the grocery store to get a free blood pressure reading and to sample different types of prune juice. Cons, they've added so much stuff that unless you're asking an employee, or you're with someone familiar with the store, you're kind of left to wander aimlessly around until you find what you're looking for. Their customer service department is in the far back corner of the store. So you have to walk all the way back to in order to make a return, or pick up an online purchase that you've had delivered to the store. The nice thing about Kohl's is that you can order any item online, have it shipped to the store for free, and then pick it up. Although, because I've been spoiled with Amazon Prime and free 2-day shipping, I find it slightly annoying that I have to pick my purchase up if I don't want to pay for it to be shipped to my house. Then again, it's really not that big of a deal, I'm just super lazy. My Mother loves getting Kohl's cash, and I love spending her Kohl's cash. So all in all, it really works out quite well for the both of us. read more

This is my second time coming in this store since it opened. And I really like, its a bit pricey but the way the store is arranged and kept is really amazing. Very clean, every clothing item is where its supposed to be, nothing out of place. One can tell that they really care about their store because the staff are very friendly as well, and when a customer leaves something somewhere or unfolds a clothing they put it right back. It is located right behind K-mart, and it has a big parking lot. So no problem there, just park and go in and see what this wonderful as to offer you. read more

I frequent this Kohl's every so often when I'm looking for specific items and I always seem to find what I'm looking for. This is a very large department store with a fine selection for kids, juniors , and adults. Ladies - great undergarment section ( i.e. Shape wear) at reasonable prices. The store also has home decor items, small appliances, accessory, and shoe section. Customer service is fantastic but sometimes the lines to checkout seem a little too long. Also the amount of merchandise is a bit overwhelming and can appear disheveled at times. Overall this is a great department store - never pay full price always a coupon for Kohl's! Kohl's is another one of those annoying places that prices everything WAY too high, then makes you wait for a sale to get it at a price appropriate to the quality of the goods. Worse, you may fall into one of their silly "Kohl's Cash" promotions, where you get $10 back for every $50 you spend--but wait! You can't use that $10 NOW, you have to come back in a week and buy more stuff. And if you don't come back soon enough, you lose that perceived discount completely (it flat out expires). While Kohl's does offer some B-level lines from good designers (Vera Wang, for example), we're definitely not talking about couture-level products here. Everything is made in China or Indonesia, just like all the clothes at Walmart, Kmart, etc. They've just done a better job of branding these low-quality goods as "upscale." All of that said, the store is clean and attractive, and the staff is usually helpful and friendly. Returns are a breeze. They also have, far and away, the largest clothing selection in the city--especially for business wear and "dressier" clothing. read more

Not to single out the clerk in customer service yesterday afternoon, but I had to mention what a pleasant experience I had there at the return desk. She was working solo and had a line of people but didn't let it frazzle her. She was professional and friendly to everyone ahead of me and when it was my turn, she made me feel like I was the only customer in line. Te floor clerks at this particular location are trained well, and know what customer service is and should be like. I always say, my money is good anywhere but I choose kohls first just because the most important rule I follow is: " if I don't matter, why should I help provide a paycheck by spending my money there". read more

No one works here. I was in the Delaware Avenue store this morning (forgot to check in, &/now I'm too far away to do so). I needed some assistance with Booby Traps, as they highly advertise specially trained Trap fitters. Wandered around that area of the store for fifteen minutes, calling out "Hello? Does anyone work here?" multiple times. Alas, not one sales associate on the sales floor in the entire store at 10:30 on a Friday morning. There was a young man at the checkout lane, and I didn't want to embarrass him by asking him when the Booby Trapper would be on duty. Just another reason to cross Kohls off the list. read more

This is a pretty standard Kohls location. I really think that most stores are the same and there are very few that are exceptional. This one is well maintained and the staff is nice. It is set back off Delaware Ave a bit so sadly you have to search out the giant billboard-- which I hate that they find the need to decorate North Buffalo with. You can likely find whatever you need here at some sort of deal. Kohls to me just suits a guilty pleasure purchase. You buy something at a discounted price which makes us feel good. This is my favorite Kohls due to a myriad of reasons. First, they are very well stocked. They are always rotating their clothes and shoes. They have a great jewelry selection that fits the needs for any age. They have Grandma jewelry, little kids jewelry and things for people in their 20's to 30's. Their Lauren Conrad jewelry line is awesome as is the Jennifer Lopez line. They have nicer jewelry behind the counter but the supply on the floor is very reasonably priced and they always have mega sales. They also sell jewelry for the different holidays. They sell Essie Nailpolish and also carry a decent amount of designer colognes and perfumes. I am not a huge fan of their handbags, they seem a little old ladyish for my style. They have a lot of wallets and clutches, again seems like the type of styles I would wear when I'm 60, not 25. Their underwear and bra section is great. They sell very affordable under garments for women that are so comfortable and better quality than Victoria's Secret where you'll be spending around $60 for one bra as opposed to Kohls where you can buy three for the same price. They have a decent amount of sneakers, sandals and other shoes too. One area of Kohls that I find is usually more expensive than other stores would be their kitchen wares. They sell designer name kitchen supplies like Bobby Flay, etc and it is not cheap. Even when their kitchen wares are on sale they still seem expensive. Your best bet is to open a Kohls credit card and wait until you get a 30% off coupon. They have GREAT winter coats during the cold season. Small section of workout clothes, some luggage that is on the expensive side, but all luggage is expensive. I love their home goods section, so many picture frames and wall hangings, again very reasonably priced and they often run sales such as buy one get the second for a dollar. The main reason why I am giving this Kohls 5 stars is because of their customer service desk. Sometimes there is a long line and that is annoying because they only have one person behind the counter. However, I have never experienced anything but stellar customer service from the person working. They are often really busy but never make me feel rushed and are always so kind. I do like Kohl's due to their ever changing clothing lines that come in and out of the store. For one thing, they constantly have new labels in the women's clothing section which gives a constant change in the store. However, a lot of the brands sold out of here are the lower end of that particular line. For instance, Kohl's recently started selling Juicy Couture, but it's not the Juicy that you'd find in an official store. The line that they carry is a more flimsy, cheaper version. Overall, I do like Kohl's for those last minute cute gift ideas or those neat additions to your home that you wouldn't necessarily find anywhere else. read more

I bought a watch for my husband for Father's day and received $20.00 in Kohls cash I returned the watch the Monday after Fathers day and re-purchased a different watch, that actually cost more. The clerk informed me that I would lose my Kohl's cash because they weren't offering the Kohl's cash that week. I really don't understand why I had to forfeit my Kohl's cash.
