Tiny as all heck lululemon. Not a single one of their employees greeted us or tried to assist. I am a HUGE fan of the product but this is the smallest and most nonchalant store I've ever been too. I can't applaud much about it but if you must stop in know what you're getting yourself into and perhaps shop online instead. read more

My daughter's leggings were lost during the hemming process and it took over a month to get a resolution. However, they did eventually make it right. Additionally, the home office customer service went above and beyond to remedy the situation and are sending my daughter new leggings at no charge. This was a very unfortunate situation but it has been taken care of after many frustrating calls and emails. We never had any issues with the product itself. read more

Not sure who the young lady was in the pants dept that helped us but she went above & beyond to help my daughter find the perfect fit. I also loved how the fitting rooms were set up & organized with your name on the door so they could talk to you by name to assist you. Just wish the prices weren't so high. read more

I have shopped at this location many times. I am always greeted and feel welcome as I am shopping around. I have been to at least 20 different Lululemon stores and this one by far is the most stocked of any of them. Normally they are crowded and picked over, but I do not find the case with the Greenville store. Most importantly, they always thank my husband and I for out service in the military when they see our discount. I appreciate this very much. I will continue to shop here and look forward to it. read more

We shop Lulu mostly online but are also in this store at least once a month, especially because hemming is required on most of the leggings and shirts and occasionally we need to exchange for a different size or color. I can easily say that I leave irritated 90% of the time after our interactions with staff. They can't look-up anything with an original online receipt, even if you're logged into your account and have your "wait is over" email confirmation of shipping. Staff here do not listen and are flat out disrespectful. Two examples from today alone will follow. 1. They had 2 lines to enter today. One was for shopping only. The other was for exchanges/returns. My daughter and husband went to the exchange/return line (with only 4 other people in it) because she needed a different size of pants. My other daughter and I went to the shop line which had no one in it. The person at the door (never saw before) asked if we were exchanging something. I said no. She then asked if we were with my husband and daughter (with whom she saw us walking up to the store). I replied yes but that we wanted to shop. She told us we had to stand in line with my husband and daughter who were exchanging an item and could not enter without them. She could not explain why only saying that it was their policy. There was a young girl in line in front of my daughter and husband who stated she worked at a different Lulu store outside of Greenville and her store did not do that. We stood there and watched a woman and young man walk up to the shop line and be immediately let inside the store. I again questioned the lady at the door about the policy and suddenly she let everyone in the exchange/return line inside the store. Notice, this line was not marked return/exchange ONLY. 2. My husband and daughter went straight to the return/exchange line inside. My shopping daughter and I began shopping in the store. While the shopping daughter was trying on clothes, I checked on the return/exchange daughter who were next so I stayed with them. After multiple questions from the sales/counter girl about the receipt, which my daughter had open and the sales counter lady was scrolling through and could see the pants we had purchased, the sales/counter girl wanted "the wait is over" email. My husband started looking for it when suddenly, she did not need it after she personally went into our account and scanned the pants to see our purchase. However, the sales counter person would not do an exchange size for the pants (my daughter wanted the same style and color, just a different size which wasn't in the store). The sales/counter person wanted to give us a gift card and then go stand in another line to reorder the pants in the correct size. I explained that if she looked at the receipt, she could see that we had a significant percentage discount (responder one-time online order only) when we originally bought the pants and asked her about the current price of the pants. She said the pants had never been discounted, the current price was full price and that she was giving us a full price return. She put the money on the gift card and directed us to the line to reorder. I tried to point out to her that the gift card amount was not the full/current price but she said the next line would address it. Soooo, we headed to our third line. When we finally got up to reorder the pants in a different size. Of course the gift card was not the full amount, which was the current price of the pants. We then had to stand there, explain what had happened, show again our online account and wait until this sales person got approval to reduce the price to the amount on the gift card all to simply get a different size of the same color and style of pants. This last Lulu staff member was kind and helpful but at no point should we have had to deal with so much just to get a different size pants. It's got to the point that I start getting anxious walking up to this particular store because there's no way to prepare for whatever nonsense the staff are going to pull. Id rather drive an hour elsewhere than have to deal with the staff at this store. Parking here stinks too. read more

This is the busiest store in all of Greenville, for what I can tell. I came here on a Saturday late afternoon and it was packed--with people just flooding in. Certainly a very stylish and athletic-looking crowd here. This is a great location, too, across from Falls Park. No wonder the Haywood Mall location closed and this location remains open- it seemed to be doing a very brisk business. read more
