You'll be amazed with the blue rice . I've heard it's cooked with the antioxidants-loaded blue thurnate flower. They make their own Fresh juice and the cafe also have bottled fresh cow's milk. I ordered the salmon entree which is great. Love the interplay of sweet and spicy flavor to it.... I've ordered mu favorite affogato which is coffee with ice cream on it... It's good . With the entree's sheer freshness of the ingredients, you're getting your money's worth. My only regret is that I'm so full with one main entree and dessert, I could not try the other entree's.
