Very knowledgeable in what types of flooring can compare with another, and pointed out different warranty perks of the floors as well! Hired them for new gutters and gutter guards. The good: I was able to get on the schedule quickly…read more The bad: the work was uneven. Some gutter guards installed correctly. Some weren't tucked in at the ends leaving room for birds to nest. They also didn't install downspouts on all sides of the house. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the roofers. I assume this happens to women dealing with male contractors all the time. They assume you won't know whether a job is done correctly or not. I continued to get water on one side of the where a downspout was not installed. There's no proper drainage for the gutters and in heavy storms one drainpipe can't keep up. Get multiple quotes.

CC was also a one-stop shop for us, as they did the demo, as well as installation. For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail? These professionals took their time and did the work to a high standard. Thank you. The original plan was for a 5 day demo/installation. Wendy adjusted this to 7 days after evaluating how much demo would be needed (we had 3 previous layers of flooring to be removed). The installers finished early on the 7th day... on schedule. Great communication overall by all involved at Comfort Flooring. If you are looking at LVP and are willing to pay for quality product and work, Comfort Flooring is the place to go. Many thanks to the Comfort Flooring team for improving our home!
