So I got online to their website and I ordered the flowers everything went good they accepted my order and I was like OK well that's that I won't have to worry about it. Just about 5 o'clock that afternoon I figured I would get on my phone and check an Amazon order that I had coming And lo and behold here's an email from James flowers and gifts telling me that they canceled my order and refunded my money. I do believe that a phone call would have been a lot better and it would have gave him given me a heads up to find something else for her birthday. The email that I did received from them did not specify any reason for canceling the order I think that this is bad customer service and that's why I'm leaving the one star review
