They've evolved way beyond the clusters of Edison bulbs that are pretty ubiquitous now and if I had hundreds of dollars to spend on custom gorgeous art pieces to light my home I'd have one in every room. Misleading Advertising and Extremely Poor Management…read more I placed two separate orders on the same day during their Christmas promotion. My card was charged, and both orders remained pending -- one for 20 days and the other for 30 days. No one contacted me. It was only after I reached out myself that I was informed they would not honor the advertised prices and would not sell the items to me. In other words, they charged customers during a sale and then quietly canceled the orders weeks later. The refund does not fix the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the complete lack of professionalism. What made this worse is that the person who contacted me was the manager, Elaine. Instead of resolving the issue properly, there was no accountability, no meaningful solution, and no attempt to make things right. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. This was my first purchase with this company -- and it will absolutely be my last. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, I would strongly advise caution before ordering from them.

What I got instead was a jaw-dropping estimate that looked more like a luxury renovation for a mansion than a basic electrical rewire. They quoted me $55,184.55 just to rewire the apartment - here's a sample of their pricing: * $5,306 for 14 light fixtures with no access (that's $379 each!) * $7,406 for 15A circuits (14 of them!) * $8,554 for 26 regular power outlets (that's $329 each!) * $1,974 for 6 switches (!) * $4,068 just to run thermostat wires * And another $5,172 on overpriced baseboard heater replacements Then they added another $13,469.32 just to upgrade the service and breaker box: * $4,719 for a 200A panel and breakers * $2,940 for 60ft of PVC pipe (seriously?) * $909 just to ground to the water pipe That's over $68,000 before a single wire is touched. For reference, that's more than my car and nearly half what I paid for the building. To make matters worse, they charged me $500 just for the visit - and then refused to proceed without full basement access, even though I clearly asked for isolation of the upstairs unit. Bottom line: I felt like I was dealing with a company that either didn't understand my request or saw a golden goose. If you value your money, get a second (or third) opinion. These prices are not just high - they're completely disconnected from reality.
