Anthony, You should be ashamed of your responses. Not great to blame /shame the victims of your shoddy work. Youre supposed to be printing pro, not us. You should have seen the silly placement of text and font sizes. If you stood by your work, you would either a. re-do the job or b. provide a refund. You did neither. Instead, you blame your client. I came to Fairway specifically because of all the great Yelp reviews....this was not really my experience. I generally buy cheap-o online business cards. For my new gig I decided I wanted something special and luxe. Their website shows no work at all, but I figured at the business it would be another story--I was wrong. I came to the office and there were two people at their computers. I asked about special effects like foil or spot gloss and different types of paper. It took them a good 5-10 minutes of rummaging through drawers and papers to find simple samples that really should be...handy. When I asked if a certain effect would work with my design they said..."It's your choice." Well yes...I know it's my choice, but as a professional can't you tell me if I would have a positive result? If I had to pay for a simple opinion they should have offered the service and price. I left and went back to my online business card company. At least they have Live Chat where people give advice and plenty of samples to look at. If you just need to fill an order I'm sure it's fine---but as far as assistance/guidance I didn't receive much. read more

I've used these guys three times. Dealt with Anthony all three times. Anthony is a really nice guy is a people please. He's very easy to talk to and works hard. Amazing experience each time and great price too! Twice I needed term papers printed out. They were waiting for me when I came, stapled and in a manilla envelope and all - for less than the cost of a bottle of Coke! I also used them to take profile photo pictures. I forget what I paid, but I know that they were of the cheapest of the five or so conpanies I called up. Anthony photographed me and made pleasant conversation. He made changes and suggestions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He photos models and seemed to know what he was doing. After the shoot, Anthony sent me a Dropbox link with my photos. He even did some light retouching (acne sucks! ;) ). I totally recommend using these guys. They are hard working and produce high quality work ONLY. This place is amazing! While I admit I've never stepped foot in here or seen them in person, the level of service is astonishing (in a great way). I called from San Francisco for an urgent request -- I needed 100 cards to be printed the same-day and delivered to a colleague's hotel. Anthony helped me immediately, pulling up my file and having everything complete within hours. He was able to accommodate my exact order requests (type of paper, size, image, time, and delivery) and was very communicative. I'm seriously impressed and grateful! The staff, specifically Anthony, was super attentive to my needs throughout the process, suggesting finishes for the cards and being totally transparent about pricing from the start.
