i attended recently for permanent eyebrow make-up. i…read morereturned a couple days later to get the procedure corrected as my eyebrows where not even. i followed the instructions of rubbing the areas with vaseline frequently and keeping them coated with vaseline to prevent scabbing from forming. once my eyebrows had healed a week later one eyebrow was only half completed and the thickness of them was not at all close to one another. i called and made a 2nd return appt to get the job i originally paid for completed. i understand that touch-ups are required from time to time but when i paid for the original procedure i did not expect to have to repay for the original procedure to be completed properly. at my third appt for correction, Lois refused to do any more treatments to me unless i paid her more money, she accused me of not following her post-treatment instructions with the vaseline and told me the reason my eye-brows didn't turn out was because i didnt follow her instructions. i am a nurse my profession and do know proper post treatment instructions even without her instructions but when i asked if she would refund what i paid or atleast part of, to go and get my eyebrows corrected somewhere else as i still only have half an eyebrow over my right eye, and i still have to also pencil in areas of uneven brow, she point blank told me she would see me in small clams court. i highly caution anyone who is planning such a procedure based on my own personal experience. this has been very disappointing and i do NOT recommend services from her. i have photos if anyone would care to view.

HORRIBLE! I had a botox appointment with Ashley and was overcharged for the treatment. I didn't…read morenotice at first and had a touch up appointment with her because the results were no where near where they should have been. She then tells me that there was a $67 charge for the touch up! In 8 years I have gotten botox, I've never had to pay for a touch up, they are always included in the price. I was reluctant, but paid for it as she promised me the results would be just what I wanted. Two weeks go by and the results were still nowhere near where they should have been! I called them to tell them what was going on and Ashley said that she could provide another appointment in 4 weeks! This would have disrupted my treatment cycle and I would have had to come back more often and pay more money to ensure the results were what I wanted. So naturally, I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and ended up spending another $160! I had to pay in total twice as much as I should have. She told me she gave me a certain number of units (which I typically get) and the results were nowhere near what they normally are. When I went back to the woman who normally does my botox (btw this was my first time going to TA clinic) she confirmed my suspicions, that I normally get the dose Ashley claimed she did but the results did not match that at all. In fact the results looked more like I was dosed with half! This is when I reviewed the initial invoice I noticed a discrepancy. I was overcharged units. So I reached out to them (I had a really difficult time with this, I had to call from a friends phone to get a response) Ashley told me she would issue a refund and said she would get back to me. I never heard from her again. I emailed, called, texted, left voicemails.. nothing. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank! Most stressful experience I've ever had with a medispa. I never write reviews but people need to know how this clinic runs their business. Hopefully this review can prevent someone else from being scammed.

She treated both myself and my mom and we are both so incredibly happy! I will never go to anybody else again! Her staff are also extremely polite and professional.
