The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. I also got a body scrub, which was fine, but when she used a dirty towel to wipe me off, she hardly got enough of it, I had to clean the rest off myself. Their 'relaxation' area is in the nail spa itself, hardly serene. At least the staff were friendly enough, so the experience wasn't a complete mess, but the services provided we're mediocre despite the name. Even though it was already subsidized with a gift card, the price I paid it would not have been worth it. No chance I'm coming back, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I called ahead of my appointment as I realized I hadn't specified I already had gel polish on that would need removed. The gentlemen that answered the phone was so friendly and easily made the adjustment to my time slot. Upon arrival to the spa we were warmly greeted. The setting is serene. The staff that did our pedis were friendly and professional. For an outing to treat Mom it's perfect. Otherwise I don't normally spend that price on my everyday pedicure.

They could have canceled but instead they were extremely accommodating and just adjusted my package so I could still have a full experience. I had Mya for my body treatment and facial and she did an amazing job. I felt to relaxed and my skin was so soft afterwards. Theresa was the staff who ran the salt cave session and she was very kind and helpful. If you're in the area and looking for a pampering session, I highly recommend this venue.

The hotel is very close to the overcrowded Clifton Hill area which is home to an amusement park atmosphere. The hotel is also within good walking distance to the Falls, about a 20 -30 minutes walk along the promenade on the Niagara River. However, it's quiet at the hotel at all hours thankfully. She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Virginia did an absolutely amazing job with the facial and the mini massage on my neck and shoulders was a real treat. I will definitely be returning to try her other spa services!
