This place is the most luxurious spa I've ever been to. I discovered them Saturday of last week. I came in Sunday for their 5 year anniversary and got a complimentary 20 minute acupuncture and a complimentary ear seeding. I walked in Sunday in excruciating pain and left like a brand new person like I thought I would never feel this normal and this good again. I came back today which is Wednesdays and I had won a cupping session and I feel like I've never been through neuromuscular pain before. I've been having some trouble sleeping and dealing with stress, and decided to try the ozone infrared sauna treatment at Luna Body and Mind. Here was my experience: Pros: - I was well taken care of by Mahshid. I honestly felt like a princess. She was kind and informative from the beginning. This was my first time doing this procedure and she explained how everything works at the start of the session. - place was beautifully decorated and very zen - very clean and the room I was in was spacious and comfortable - the procedure actually worked! I sweat a TON, and slept like a baby that night - service is top notch. There are plenty of towels available for you after your sauna session, water and tea are offered for you to stay hydrated, and even cookies are available! Cons: - parking is metered, and can be difficult Overall, I had a great experience and will be booking more sessions. I find that I sweat a lot more at their sauna than some of the other ones I've been to, and the service is TOP NOTCH. read more

Today was my second time tying out the amazing ozone saunas at Luna Body and Mind. Previously, I tried the Ozone Steam Sauna and was pleasantly surprised at the intensity of this sauna. It was the right amount of steam heat and Lola adjusted it to my comfort level. You definitely leave this sauna feeling invigorated and that you got your money's worth. I've been here three times to see Mahshid for micro needling. I love the treatments. The center is such a beautiful and peaceful place and it smells heavenly too. The patient tables are very comfortable since they are heated and there is always soothing music playing in the background. Regarding microneedling, I love how it transformed my skin. The fine lines diminished, my skin tone evened out, acne scars faded and I feel like my skin is looking how it did when I was 30 years old versus 37 (if you are in your late 30s, you know what I am talking about). It's been years since I've been to an acupuncturist, b/c my old acupuncturist moved.... My experience at Luna was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Mahshid was incredible.. Super professional, very thorough, and insanely knowledgeable...with such a calming presence. The facilities are super clean, perfectly decorated, and they have some hydrogen purifier that sanitizes the air..: which is a big deal for me, during these pandemic times. I'm super impressed! As for my acupuncture experience, she had such a gentle touch, I couldn't even feel her put the needles in... then she left the room to let her work do what it does... as I laid there with my eyes closed with the needles along my body... I started seeing two colors hint of green and more of an indigo color- This I've only ever experienced during Breathwork. Not acupuncture... It was a pleasant surprise! This is also my first time getting 24k gold seeds in my ear, which I'm excited to experience for the next 5 days. (Besides looking cute in my ear) I'm stoked to feel their effects.
