The staff was amazing--very friendly, supportive, and helpful. The dentist was absolutely wonderful. They say they will call you if they have a cancelation but they never do, but they make sure they take your payment ever 4 weeks. They have no room for any emergency because the doctor does not work here full time only once a week my son had a wire cutting him in the back of his month because of his teeth moving and he had to wait 3 weeks for them to cut the wire i asked if we could come pick up some wax or something from them they said they don't offer it. Very disappointed in this place I would not recommend you coming here for braces.

The consult with Dr. Sara was amazing - I was a bit hesitant before coming since I had already sought other opinions on getting ortho treatment. However, nobody invested the same amount of time and detail in explaining what issues needed to be addressed, the different options with the potential outcomes, advantages and disadvantages, and why white braces would work better to fix my bite and achieve what I wanted and needed. Up to this point I never ended up seeing another orthodontist dentist because I just had bad memories with impressions gagging my throat, wires in my cheeks, and me seeing more of the assistants and barely the orthodontist. On top of that, braces and Invisalign are just expensive and I never got around to getting treated again. That was until I stumbled across this place and Dr Sara made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. She explained the pros and cons of the different types of treatment and quite frankly didn't feel like I was being scammed like I did at other places where I had consults.
