I had very high hopes working with Kaeli, but I unfortunately would not recommend her based on our day-of experience. She sent us an invoice the day before the wedding and charged us 30% over our initial contract and said the payment needed to be completed before wedding day setup. During the wedding, she handled and broke one of our décor items (worth $300) and did not tell us about it until I inquired about it the day after the wedding - she also refused to compensate us for the item. She was responsible for coordinating with our venue for setup and there were not enough chairs for our guests during the ceremony and our head table was also one seat short. Finally, after giving her feedback about our experience, she stated extra charges and labor were on the invoice due to my "indecision" and she asked us not to post a negative review in exchange for her refunding us $300 (less than a 1/3 of her additional, day-before invoice). She was never asked to put in additional hours and took it upon herself to draft a seating chart two months before the wedding when we had no idea what our actual guest count would be. While there were pieces of the wedding that went smoothly, Kaeli lacked the professionalism and communication needed to make this a positive experience. Needless to say, we did not accept her offer and wanted to post this in hopes of preventing anything like this from happening again - we would never want anyone to go through what we went through. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!  The owner of this company is a joke.  I initially reached out to Kaeli on a Saturday by phone, which was the contact information listed on the website.  I caught her at a bad time, as she informed me she was heading out the door to a baby shower (no big deal, people have lives, it was a weekend).  Even so, she did take the time to briefly discuss services offered and asked a few questions regarding venue, timeline, etc, and asked me to send a follow up email including those details, which I did minutes after ending the call.  After a week, I still had not received a reply, so I re-sent the email.  Eventually, we received an email from Christina asking us to complete an online questionnaire asking all of the same information already provided in the 2 emails previously sent.  But whatever, we did it anyway.  Finally, Kaeli then reached out to set up a call to discuss things at length.  The discussion was productive, we expressed interest in moving forward and felt very positive about everything.  She said she'd send a proposal via email within 5-7 days.  3 weeks later we hadn't received any correspondence from Kaeli or anyone from the office.  We then sent another follow up email asking when we can expect said proposal to which she replied she would send if we were interested in moving forward.  She also said she hadn't gotten around to it because of the holidays.  Mind you, we had our call with her 2 weeks before thanksgiving.  At this point we became very frustrated and disappointed as it became quite clear this arrangement was not going to work.  This lady has an excuse for everything.  She is a wedding planner in name only because she certainly lacks the requisite credentials and ability to be taken seriously.  Kaeli, I strongly recommend you leave it to the professionals. read more

Kaeli and team are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. We scheduled a phone call to discuss the potential to hire them for our wedding. I had to send several follow-up emails b/c Kaeli's employee Christina would simply not reply. On the actual day of the phone call, the team forgot about the different time zone we are in. They promised us to send a proposal "at the beginning of next week". 3 weeks later still no proposal so that we followed up with them. Quite disappointingly, we didn't get a serious apology but were served many excuses ("took a long needed vacay, too busy, had to catch up with other clients"). They still did not attached a proposal but instead wanted to confirm first that we are still interested before they put effort into a proposal for us. No thanks. Neither should a potential client be treated in such disrespectful way nor is their inefficiency appealing. On the bright site: I am glad we figured it out before we signed a contract, I can only imagine how the wedding day would play out. read more

Erika and I hired Kaeli as our Day Of Coordinator for our March Planterra wedding. As well as Day of, Kaeli also coordinated all of our transportation. We had an uncle performing our ceremony for his first time as minister and she coached him through that perfectly. Kaeli's work was definitely integral to us having a smooth, enjoyable, and successful wedding day. It was perfect! We had met with Kaeli a few times before our wedding as well as had a few phone calls. From these, Kaeli worked up a detailed day of plan that had every possible contingency scheduled for our wedding day. Both our bridal party and vendors were perfectly coordinated and we had zero issues. We had used multiple transportation companies to get the bridal party and guests back-and-forth from the hotel and we also had zero issues there. Throughout the day if any small thing popped up, we had a single point of contact and Kaeli could handle it instantly. At the end of the evening Kaeli's staff was able to take care of closing everything out helping us with vendor tips and grabbing any personal items for us, delivering it back to our hotel room. Kaeli was a pleasure to work with and nailed both out planning and our day of smooth and easy. Erika and I loved working with her and her team and can wholeheartedly recommend her for any other coordinating events. read more
