Our recent experience with Jackie Js on tuxes was very disappointing. The Groom picked up 11 tuxes…read moreon Tuesday and half of them needed something corrected. He tried his on while at the store with his jacket being too big. He was not re-measured just a smaller sized ordered. On Thursday a family member drove to pickup the jacket. He tried it on that evening still too big. They ordered a third jacket. It was asked if it could be shipped or dropped off at their house. Jackie Js couldn't guarantee that. So, on Friday he took 4 hours out of the day to pickup the jacket again. He missed out on the venue set-up. The bestman missed a full day of work on Wednesday to get the correct size shirt and jacket. The father of the brides first pair of pants where like capri pants. We had another groomsmen with jacket size issues too. The two with wrong shoe sizes were the least of our worries. When the tuxes were returned on Monday we shared our experience with staff only to be told thanks for the feedback. Save yourself a lot of time, mileage and stress go elsewhere for tuxes!
