They said there was no way to get the additional $12.50 back since it was already charged. I'm not cheap by any means, but I should have been told when I asked. I felt this was very poor. Strong selection of Børn, Dansko, Clarks, Merrell, Naot, Simple, Birkenstock, and others--it's a good stock of quality and comfort footwear, and among the sturdy and simple, there are always several eye-catching & more stylish pieces too. Winter boots, knee-high leather boots, sneakers, sandals, work shoes, perilously high yet bizarrely comfortable heels--I've bought them all here. I've also snapped up plenty of their Smartwool, a winter essential worth every penny. It's not cheap, but neither are the goods--they look great and they last for years. Oh, and the staff here are wonderful. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, never pushy. Hands down one of the best shops in Park Rapids.
