We contracted him to paint all walls and trim except bathrooms and our garage. Didn't start on…read moretime. Told me the job would be finished on several occasions and it wasn't. He took pictures of rooms that were finished so that I would pay him (we moved from the home). I found out from a friend that visited the home he WAS NOT finished. He went back and finished a few things but the garage still isn't finished. He didn't replace my garage door opener cover and lost several switch plate and outlet covers. He left his ladder, paint sprayer equipment and rollers in my home. His employee left cigarette butts in my driveway. He is now not returning attempts to make the situation right. Worst home improvement experience of my life. I filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the payment with my bank. BEWARE

A friend recommended Mr. Alexander for some repairs in our home. We called and made an…read moreappointment. He performed some drywall repairs and painting in our home and he did a Great Job. He called ahead on the appointment dates, he was on time, did the drywall repairs, came back after drying overnight and then painted the walls. Most workers just leave after finishing a job, but not Mr. Alexander; he cleaned up his work area very well at the end of each work day. He is professional, polite and does quality work. Compared to some other workers we have hired recently, his work was done correctly the first time without having to come back to make something right. If the occasion arises, I will definitely use Mr. Alexander again!
