So when we planned a mini-reno of the kitchen, I called him again, because I knew he could remove the hanging soffit and repair the ceiling properly. The ceiling isn't popcorn, but it IS textured and Dan worked his magic and it looks perfect. I have no idea how he does this. Before/after photos below.
