I started going here in December and I've had great experiences. I see Dr. Adam and he's very attentive and listens to any concerns. He also made a personalized plan for me to help fix all my back problems. I definitely notice improvement in my back and my ability to move without fear of "throwing my back out." They offer a student discount which is helpful because my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care. They also accept Care Credit and allow me to pay in advance to avoid interest fees. Annie, Katie and the rest of the staff are all wonderful and very personable. They're able to work around my work schedule and reschedule easily if I have any conflicts (which I have had quite a few and they're always very understanding and helpful). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to feel better with their back. They offer massage and weight loss services but I have not done either of those yet. read more

I must pass on information to everyone in this group, good or bad. Lupo Chiropractic has made the AVOID list. Very sad. Complain about taking Military Insurance and refuse to accept it, then complain that the VA isn't good either, that they can't get enough money out of the VA. X Rays: Charge 180.00 for XRays The other Chiropractor I left here to go see, told me all the doctors here can wave X Ray fees like all other Chiropractors do... but these Doctors go to all seminars and have a money making system that comes first and foremost! Awesome place. Dog friendly. lol I saw someone say the body building dr used foul language in someone's review...he's a fantastic guy and super kind. Relax. I'm sure he was trying to relate to you or another patient and just get on their level. I don't trust doctors who don't swear. Or anyone really. Awesome care though Dr Jessie is my favorite dr but so far they're all fantastic honestly and I think I've seen almost all of them. They're also willing to stop and talk to you and check on your mental health. These guys and gals are amazing. OH and the office staff...to die for! You ladies are awesome. My experience with Dr Lupo and his wife: I brought my 9 month old baby to St John Hospital in Detroit for an X-ray of his lungs per Pediatrician order, as I noticed he was struggling to breathe. Dr Lupo and his wife were seated in the waiting room, dressed up in leather coats as if it were date night. Before my son was even seen by an X-ray tech, Dr Lupo and his wife approached me to start bringing in my infant for chiropractic treatments! These people are like ambulance chasers, ruthlessly attempting to stir up business before they catch a movie! Of course I told them I was not interested in them getting anywhere near my baby. This review is Long overdue. Several years ago I was overzealous with the use of some new exercise equipment I had purchased. One wrong move and I was walking like the hunchback of Notre Dame. LOL No laughing matter at the time as it happens. No relief was obtained from painkilling medicines. One proper adjustment from Dr Lupo and I was walking fine within the day. Literally a new man! While I am probably not the model patient I do stop in a few times a year or as needed. Now at age 63, thanks to Dr. Lupo, daily yoga and other sensible exercise I am keeping up quite well thank you very much with fellow movers half my age in my moving business. read more

I have taken my son to Lupo Chiropractic ever since he was an infant. He was born premature and had a lot of breathing problems but having him under chiropractic care helped a lot and he no longer needs his nebulizer or breathing treatments. The general chiropractic staff are completely unprepared to work with diseased spines. While they were friendly, no matter how much feedback I gave, they ignored me. It got to the point where I would scream and cry when they adjusted me, though I am a person with a high pain tolerance. They acted as if it was normal. When I got a second opinion from another practitioner, he recognized my neurological deficits, such as reduced leg strength and dropped foot. He was horrified by how painful even a simple assessment on my lower back was. Lupo only looked at correcting posture and because of my age, despite my history of traumatic accidents, never considered examining for serious conditions. I cannot recommend them at all, but I will say I never was given the chance to interact with the physical therapy dept. read more

I've been to several different chiropractors and I found Lupo's office to be one of the best! The entire office staff are very friendly and professional! Before seeing Dr.Jessie Lupo, I was facing the possibility of spinal surgery. Being a single mom of 3, that was next to impossible for me. Not only the fact that it is very scary.
