What if I showed up at my scheduled appointment time like with any other business, instead of double-checking first? When I look at reviews, there were three posted during the time she was "sick". She took other clients but was "too sick" to take me? Last week, I decided I was tired of being dragged around and asked for a refund on the package. She ignored most of my messages, then eventually responded and said she'd "get to it later that day." A week has gone by and no refund. I've been nothing but polite and patient, but I've had enough. Since she hasn't refunded the package despite my requests, I filed a dispute with my bank. I have a full record of my conversation with her, showing every time she canceled and her refusal to give me a refund. I will be submitting all of it as evidence.
