I finally spoke with Mr O'hale,after calling , where he informed me he had called me, this never happened. I then told him it was very unprofessional to have to continuously call and never get a call back. He then hung up on me. Then he called back and told me the number he had been calling back but it was the wrong number. I gave my correct phone number over 4 times. Crazy how he had the number correct when calling me back today. It is unfortunate because I was told he was a great lawyer. To compound my predicament, after firing my seemingly deficient council, I answered the plaintiff's complaint and levied a counterclaim acting as a pro-se defendant for both my person and my LLC which was also named in said suit.
