This is a wonderful hair salon with super convenient online booking and superb staff. I usually go to Lush for my eyebrows, but I decided that I'd get my hair cut there as well. I booked Pheebee for a haircut on the same day as my appointment and she cut my super long curly hair beautifully. She fulfilled all of my requests, even down to what kind of products I wanted in my hair. She stayed passed closing time and didn't rush me out the door, which I appreciated. I hate to leave a negative review, and I love to support local business- but this place is not what I thought it would be. This review is based solely on my experience with the "spa pedicure". I am pregnant and was in great need of treating myself. I found the salon online and the description on their website sounded perfect. No harsh chemicals, a clean air environment, etc. As it turns out, the pedicure was a big let-down. The massage portion lasted less then 5 minutes total (I was SO looking forward to this) and the polish ended up on my skin in a few places. Not worth the $45, in my opinion. However, the biggest issue, and my main reason for writing this review is that the small area where they perform the pedicures is VERY poorly ventilated. I could barely breathe. If you are expecting and looking for a safe place to treat yourself, I would avoid this salon. read more

I went to Lush Eco Salon for my first haircut the other day and had a great experience! When I walked in I was greeted with friendly service and a comfortable environment, was seated immediately (because I conveniently scheduled my appointment on their website the night before), and was offered coffee or tea. I sat down in the salon chair not knowing what to ask for (as usual), yet left with a great haircut a half hour later. Stephanie asked all the right questions and took a lot of time making sure the result was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back again. read more

Horrible. I have been a loyal client their for years. I had just had Kristie bleach my hair, come to find out my hair had fallen out and is a few different shades of blonde. What upset me is that all the girls told me how blonde I was and that I looked good. I got home after being in a chair for over 7 hours (over processing in bleach) I had lost a lot of my hair. My hair was past my shoulders to now be 3 inches long. I've never had this happen to me and as a result I paid $250 to have my hair fall out and an uneven color. I spoke to the owner Stephanie who was very rude and insulting and told me that, that's what happens when bleaching and that since Kristie put in 7 hours of work I'm not getting my money back. Horrible owner made me sick to my stomach. I'm the one who now gets to walk around with uneven and broken hair. This is a nightmare. I'll never be going back again and it's sad to say because Kristie has been great in the past. I love her dearly I just wish that I wasn't told it looks great and it would have been nice to know that my hair had fallen out since it was falling out in her hands. Very disappointed I feel very ugly and sad as a result. read more

I was drawn to Lush Eco Salon mostly for their concept of using eco-friendly products. The few reviews they had were all positive and decided on seeing Stephanie.
