I had some light bruising, trouble standing straight, and debilitating stiffness in my lower back. She fosters a connection with me on the table to be able with conversation and personal anecdotes. At the same time, if I don't want to chat, silence prevails and an inner meditation takes over with the light music playing during the session. Initially, I needed her to really focus on the acute injury and not give a general massage. I am very grateful that she obliged. Her practice also extends beyond the table. Hanna encourages mindfulness while on the table. For me I was able to deeply connect with the massage following her words. She also showed me some stretches that greatly helped my back release. Coupled with some PT and chiropractic work, I'm feeling much better. I continue to go to Hanna, have recommended her to many, and will continue to book her for massages at least once a week.

After several weeks of discomfort, she spent 45 minutes working on me. The next day it was like I never had a problem. The second visit I pulled another muscle, in my side. If I turned the wrong way it was like an ice pick going into my ribcage. This went on for 3 weeks. Again her touch made me feel like it never happened. I now see Lynn every 3-4 weeks. I leave her office feeling great. And that feeling lasts for days. I would strongly urge anyone who has aches and pains to visit her. Although I have considered canceling my membership, I have continued it, pay because of excellent massage therapists like Xavier who offers the ideal balance of experience, expertise, intuition, and technique.

Melissa did gel nail enhancements and a pedicure for my wedding and they were perfect! We even did them almost a week in advance -- and I hosted the wedding at home so I had some cleaning left to do -- and they were flawless the day of. While there for nails, I asked for a last minute glaze to correct summer sun damage and Stephanie slipped me in right at the end of her day. The color was exactly what I was looking for! Went local for the first time to get my hair highlighted and cut. Chose Lush based on the reviews and I was very happy I did. Kate was great! She worked with me regarding my hair, what I wanted regarding the highlights and was flexible with the cut adjusting as I suggested. I will definitely go back to see Kate again.
