At the same time, if I don't want to chat, silence prevails and an inner meditation takes over with the light music playing during the session. Initially, I needed her to really focus on the acute injury and not give a general massage. I am very grateful that she obliged. Her practice also extends beyond the table. Hanna encourages mindfulness while on the table. For me I was able to deeply connect with the massage following her words. She also showed me some stretches that greatly helped my back release.
