When I explained that the pharmacy had not received the order, she began yelling at me, accusing me of "not listening to her". Throughout the remainder of the call, she maintained a condescending and belittling tone. Most egregiously, when I asked for her name to document the interaction, she immediately hung up on me. This level of hostility and lack of empathy is dangerous in a healthcare setting, particularly when a patient is attempting to manage essential prescriptions.
