Despite booking jobs almost a week out, they also found a way to work my repair in at lunch/between jobs the very next day! Ezequiel utilized state of the art technology to locate the valve and took the greatest care when digging for the equipment (with his brother, Rodolpho), shutting off and restarting to test the repair! The lightning-like response, thoroughness of the repair and cost were all extremely pleasant surprises! WARNING - Never use this company. I called on a Monday for a service call and David Payne returned…read moremy call. The appointment was set for that Friday At 3:00. At 3:15 I called to check if he was still coming and got voice mail. He arrived at 3:26. He proceeded to tell me he tells everyone he might be 30 minutes early or 30 minutes late. I guess that's why he told me it was 3:26. I said I didn't hear you say that but still it was no big deal until he snapped at me "I tell everyone". He was so rude I said well, do you even want to do our job and he said no and left. I put this information on Nextdoor.com to try to warn others and that started his retaliation. He went on about me being upset because he was late but I was upset for being so rude to me and unprofessional by walking off our job. At that point people started sending me their thanks and telling of their personal experiences with David Payne through private messaging because they were afraid of his verbal retaliation. I hope this helps someone else. From all the private messaging i have received on him it seems he runs hot and cold. On a good day you might get a professional and one of his bad days you will get a major jerk.

(cross posted on Google)…read more Did some searching and looking at reviews (positive and negative) and looked on NextDoor as well Yelp and asked a few friends. My new to me home in April 2024 had a leaky zone 2 (8 heads) of 7 zone. Must be a solenoid/valve. Walked around like a tourist with a metal detector, but my Northern irrigation experience is no used to the drunken sailor hidden valve technique of throwing wires and pipes all over the place and valves all around the property??? Crazy?? I figured I would dig up (again) all 8 sprinkler heads I just replaced and hope the valve was close by. As it was on Zone 6 when I hit it by accident hidden below the dirt/sod?? Decided to call in the pros!!! Michael was awesome. They came when they said they would and we were in constant communication on the appointments and times. He of course found the valve and I was glad I did not try it myself as the dumb thing was over a FOOT away from one of the sprinkler heads and literally in the middle of the front yard by the walk?? Fair price for the job and materials and especially the expertise on the replacement with minimal damage to the lawn!!! A Home Run!!! The system was literally leaking thousands of gallons and the previous owner probably never knew it, and was replacing the well pump every year or so!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Winter dry season - BRING IT!!!
