It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

When I reflect upon my experience here, I initially dismissed how unsanitary the room was but I feel it's worth mentioning now. I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. Professionals, convenient location, convenient appointment times, and availability for scheduling. I have had appointments with both Linh and more recently, Christiane. Easily and quickly responded to my questions after the booking via text. I even arrived a bit early for my scheduled appointment so I could find the place. Located in an office building. She has a shared suite with other business, but her suite is posted so was able to find it. She was ready and waiting for me. She has a large studio suite which is nice. She was friendly and attentive and she even had an after care instruction card for me to take home after my visit. Which I appreciated. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. She even told me about her own reward program she has, which is nice. I am definitely coming back. Love supporting black owned businesses. Give her a try.

She had great energy , quick, detailed, and not one piece of hair left in sight! ( and out of sight - if you catch my drift ) I've had quite a few waxes in my life - and this one was MAYBE a 4 pain level. The staff are so kind and friendly and my brows look AMAZING! They got me in last minute (I called around 12pm and my appointment was scheduled for 3pm) which was great and much appreciated. Also, their pricing is super reasonable, which is another advantage! I've always had a great experience with them, and the rebrand seems to be offering the same great services.
