I wish I wasn't just visiting because she is great! This was the quickest wax I've had, she was conversational without being awkward, and extremely nice. This company took over The Pretty Kitty waxing salon that used to be in this exact location. I had no idea as it's been over a year since I last got my brows done, but besides the inside looking completely different, nothing else has really changed! The staff are so kind and friendly and my brows look AMAZING! They got me in last minute (I called around 12pm and my appointment was scheduled for 3pm) which was great and much appreciated. Love this location, the salon is super cute and the restrooms are set with anything you might need before a wax: wipes, wash, tampons. Ive had a Brazilian here with a couple different waxers and have always had a great experience. Monica is super chill and quick, will get you in and out. Jade is also amazing and talked to me the entire time to get my mind off of any discomfort. Today was my 2nd appointment for full face waxing plus eyes brows ( separate service not included in Full face service) The front desk's help is fantastic and friendly. They have a vast parking lot, so thank God parking is not a problem. It is also next to the freeway, which is very convenient. This company is based in Austin, the only location in Height. The cream they use is hydrocortisone which has a ph of 7. The waxer never disclosed that even after I asked after already she just up and put that on my bikini area without even giving me time to object before putting it on. Only found out it was hydrocortisone when I started burning an hour later running errands and called the front desk. The trainer Bailey just responded with a lot of nothing to try and cover their ass. read more
