This place is a hit or miss. Just make sure you get someone with experience! I have had good service and not so good service! Girl that did my pedicure today, well she was new and my toes show it! I mentioned I had calluses on my big toes and she skimmed right over and they are still very there, can't tell she even touched the areas. I paid $44 for a glorified "pedicure" .... That was a little scrub and lotion. That didn't address the issues I went for! I will make sure next time to get someone with plenty of experience or go elsewhere. I requested a gel mani and pedi. The woman who brought me back to the station had to translate for me as my nail tech did not speak English. I asked for my toes to be filed a little but not clipped, she clipped them anyways. The gel does not go up to my cuticle on my nails and is uneven viewing from the side. The nail tech got clear coat on my skin, cured it, filed it off just to do another top coat layer and get hair in it. $105 before tip... save your money and your time and try anywhere else. read more

I walked into this salon with tired feet. I work on my feet all day. I thought it would be great to get a good foot massage while I got my feet pampered after my workday. The lady who did my pedicure rushed all the way through my pedicure. I have never had pedicure done so quickly in my life. She barely scrubbed under my feet. She wrapped my legs in a warm rag and took it off within a minute. She basically rubbed my legs with lotion. No massage in sight. My feet still hurt really bad. The pedicure cost $56.00 total. I don't mind paying for quality. This definitely was not quality. I will never return. read more

I have gotten my nails done here before and they were beautiful. However, I got these done for $80 less than a week ago. I was told they have a 3 day repair rule but they'll look and see if they'll charge me full price for a repaint or not. After $80 and having fully discolored gel, I found that pretty unimpressive. Prior to this I had gotten nails and toes both done (sns overlay, gel polish, and gel design) and paid $175 for that and an addition simple regular polish mani for my nana. The price was crazy but my nails and toes were gorgeous so I didn't complain. The prices are incredibly high. I believe people should get what they pay for. Creating loyal customers requires a high level of customer service, especially if the product did not hold as promised. She buzzed off the gel and added some sns color on top. Paid full price for it too. I will never return again. read more

Everyone at this Salon is welcoming and makes your money worth it except the older technician named "grandma". The past two times I came for a spa pedicure, everyone was lovely and professional for the beginning. I have gotten "grandma" each time I have came and it is basically a glorified foot bath. She does not take her time, while other technicians are making your time and money worth it, "grandma" had me done way before the person beside me who started and received the same treatment as me. She is always very half efforted and just running through the mill. She is not a reflection of the business, as other techs are great, but she just takes the experience out of it fully. read more

Very poor quality with waaay over priced services! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, with French on my toes. My toes and finger nails BOTH are bubbleY and dented from uneven product. My technician kept trying to skip over the massage and other additional parts to the manicure and pedicure to where I had to remind her. I felt so uncomfortable and felt like they were just trying to paint my nails and get me out of there. It was horrible. A WEEK after getting them done and my finger nails are peeling off and toes are chipping. I have never had this problem with gel polish. I DO NOT recommend going here unless you want to waste your money and get a terrible experience. read more

Okay this place looks like it came out of a big city and straight into this small town. They recommend to you what would be the best value for what you want. I was in and out of here in 45 minutes and still got a FABULOUS pedicure. They were nice, clean, professional. I swear you have to reserve 2 hours just to get your nails done at other places now days but these ladies kept my experience short and wonderful. Just perfect. The waxing was clean and precise as well. She was very gentle with pulling the wax off too so it didn't even hurt too bad! Do yourself a favor and get pampered here. read more

My feet looked horrible. They did repair them but told me to "ask not to get Grandma" next time. They need quality techs. Apparently, it is well-known around here to ask for "anybody but Grandma". That's rude! I'm not doing it. I will tell you that Samantha works there. she came from Richfield and is AHHHMAZING! She stays booked though and I like to just drop in when I have time. I have been coming to this salon off and on for years and I can say it has gone way downhill. First off, the staff is rude and doesnt even smile. Then you sit there for long periods of time before your taken care of. I asked for hot water for my pedicure, it was barely warm. She rushed through the pedicure after I sat for over 30 minutes and she didnt even use a callus stone. A regular pedicure is $33 dollars and then on top of that they charge $25 ADDITIONALLY for gel polish!!! $58 dollars for a regular pedicure with gel polish!!! That is absolutlry insane. Especially for a very rushed, medicore pedicure. I will not be going back to this salon and I advise anyone to rethink their choice unless they just want to throw their money away for nothing. read more

This salon is WAY overpriced for very poor quality work. The owners mother (old owner) did my gel mani and pedi and it was horrendous. My nails have dents and bubbles from too much uneven product, they rushed me in and out and there were only 2 others in there with nail techs just standing around, and when I called up there to let them know how awful my nails looked in natural daytime lighting, the owner didn't care. I love this place. I have been about a handful of times now. It is very clean inside and very sanitary. The stylist are very professional and a majority of them know English and are happy to have a conversation. I get gel nails and I am always satisfied. They are a decent price also. I have been a few different days of the week. Fridays are crazy busy but they are very very attentive even though. They are also open on Sundays so FYI. I recommend this place. read more

They do a great job on your nails and offer more services than other nail salons around town - however, their prices are more than anywhere else. For example gel fill-ins are $33 while most places around town are $25. Their work reflects their prices though. All of the girls are incredibly friendly and do a wonderful job. read more
