If this is how Europcar treats international customers, I won't be renting from them again. Neither should you.

Asked for a smoke-free car, the front desk agent promised it will be, but in fact it was not. The…read moresmell of the smoke was covered by air freshener, so we realized later on the road. Then I found the ashtray with ash and other garbage in it. When I complained I have not received a response, not to my followup email. Bad customer service.
