I would choose Tambra over and over again for the following reasons: 1) She was responsive and available. I was always able to reach Tambra whether it was through text, call, or email. She always made a point to be available to us and responded to all of our requests almost immediately. Or, if she was particularly busy one weekend, she would acknowledge our request and let us know that she would get back to us within the next 72 hours. Her responsiveness was incredibly important to us, because in planning a wedding, everything feels urgent and important. It was really reassuring to know that she was always just a text away if we needed her. 2) She was kind and patient. I was constantly impressed by how pleasant it was working with Tambra. As a couple, we were incredibly indecisive and changed our minds on some big ticket items multiple times. Tambra very gracefully supported us through our decisions and never once made us feel judged or guilty for changing our minds. I could tell that she is truly a kind person who really cares for her clients. This was so important to me, because as a bride you want the planning process to be pleasant. Tambra always made me feel like I was being supported. 3) She was organized, dependable, and professional. Tambra delivered beyond our expectations on our wedding day. During the days leading up to the wedding, she was checking in almost every day just to ask if we had any hiccups come up. On the day before the wedding, she helped us secure last minute space heaters for the wedding due to inclement weather. She also pre-walked the ceremony grounds and recruited staff to mow the lawn and clean up twigs since she felt it not up to her standards. On the wedding day, thing ran so smoothly. I very much owe our perfect wedding to Tambra's planning skills and foresight to ensure everything was planned. Unfortunately, that's the opposite of what we got from Chapel of the Flowers. The night before our trip, I booked one of their packages online, thinking it would be easy and straightforward. Soon after, I received an email from our assigned "planner," Sarah Garcia. At first, she seemed helpful and reassuring. She got on the phone with us and convinced us to upgrade to a "custom" suit and dress rental for $700. Looking back, I regret acting impulsively--this was the start of everything going downhill. The rental company they work with had terrible options. My wife and I didn't like any of the suits or dresses and didn't feel comfortable or happy with what was offered. On such an important day, no one should feel forced to "settle." So we decided to cancel the rental, thinking we could be refunded. That's when the problems really started. We were told there was absolutely no way to cancel and no possibility of reimbursement. Staff told me I had to speak with Sarah, but she suddenly started dodging my calls. For over an hour, I kept calling with no response--yet she was clearly communicating with the rental company during that time. It felt intentional and extremely unprofessional. When she finally responded, nothing was resolved. We felt pressured and cornered into following through with everything. It honestly felt like a scam. There was zero concern for how upset and uncomfortable we were. Despite everything, Sarah acted like nothing was wrong and expected us to move forward with the ceremony at their chapel. By then, the experience had completely ruined our trust. Why would anyone want to get married somewhere after being treated like that? In the end, we lost about $2,000 between this company and their affiliate. Thankfully, we found another chapel in Vegas that was honest, affordable, and actually cared about us. Our wedding turned out great--but not because of Chapel of the Flowers. If you're planning one of the most important days of your life, please learn from my mistake. Don't trust this place with your special moment. We felt taken advantage of, ignored, and disrespected. Very disappointed.

My mom had a great idea of renting a bounce house for the kids. I had no idea you could just rent a bounce house and have it delivered to your door. Let me tell you it was the best idea we had all week. The kids played for hours and the moms could watch and catch up. The company came and set it up in the front yard, instructed us on how to use it, and then came and took it down for us in the end. It was a stress free, worry free activity for our kids. We will be doing this every time our family gets together.

I still haven't gotten my highlight video (6+ months) or the partial refund he promised me 3+ months ago. I don't even have footage of my first look. And honestly, it means nothing to me, and not worth nearly $1000. They are just recordings from a camera stand. I could've done that for free with a tripod and iPhone. Take a look at his last e-mail, my last e-mail, and a copy of his ridiculous contract. It only covers his own ass, not the customer's. And he can't even abide by his own rule of providing the video in 6 weeks. It is now going on 6+ months. It is devastating. Weddings can be quite stressful, especially when planning them yourself. But after every pre-wedding meeting with him we felt so assured because we knew that Russell had it handled. We had lots of questions for him and he had answers, and thanks to his advice we were able to smartly plan out the entire wedding. He made sure to check on all the family dynamics to make sure to not accidentally cause drama between guests, and helped talk us through the schedule with his extensive wedding experience. Once the day came he was very professional and on top of everything, and there was never a moment that went off track or caught him off guard. Russell was able to easily direct our families for the group photos and made sure that nobody felt left out. We even had our dog present for the first look, ceremony, and group photos, and it didn't phase him one bit. Afterwards Russell made sure we were happy with how our photos turned out (which of course we were, because Russell is great), and we were easily able to communicate with him about any notes we had during the wedding album preparation, and we're so happy with the result. I mean i was 8 months prego.. 50 lbs more than a prego suppose to weigh... my pictures turned out HOT. I think she got the magic touch! I have not only told all of my friends and family in Roseville to NEVER under ANY circumstance use her, but also in the surrounding areas to ensure that her business will be affected by it. We booked Heather to photograph our wedding 7 months out. About 20 days before my wedding we had called Heather to go over wedding details and firm up our plans, she did not answer her phone. 18 DAYS before my wedding Heather informed me VIA EMAIL (beyond unprofessional) that she decided she could not hack it and would not be photographing our wedding. Apparently she was to much of a coward to answer the phone and tell her clients that!!! We were then left with NO wedding photographer 18 days prior to our wedding, and it was a destination wedding none the less!! 18 days before a wedding you can imagine that a BRIDE has OTHER things to take care of rather than trying to find A NEW wedding photographer!!! Especially in the middle of wedding season! Heather said she would return our money UM YEAH YOU BETTER!!! You broke a contract and are not worth our money! It took several days to get it from her, I emailed her asking where it was she said that she had not had a chance to go to the post office to send it certified mail - UM HELLO YOU JUST BROKE A CONTRACT AND CAUSED AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF PROBLEMS - you better MAKE IT YOUR PRIORITY to get to a post office. We finally got the check 5 days later - you can imagine that we needed this money to go towards a new photographer! In the end it turned out better for us, we found a much more talented photographer who was not afraid to talk to her clients and our pictures turned out great. DO you selves a favor and hire a REAL photographer NOT HEATHER she is just an amateur with a camera that has NO professionalism !!
