I sent something in to be printed for my job, which I needed ASAP and was told I could get it the next day. The next day I go in and they told me they wouldn't print it because they made the assumption that the image I needed was copyrighted, they then said the printer was out of ink and they would call me about how long it would take for the other location to do it, never called. Horrible customer service. They WILL mess up your order. They lied to my face about my order. I ordered copies on 90# paper and when I picked them up the invoice showed 65# paper and the product was 65# paper. When questioned they said that it was incorrectly printed as 65# on the invoice but was 90#. IT WASNT. They refused to refund my money. I now have no product and I have had to do a chargeback with my bank to try to recoup my money. The manager actually refused to even talk to me. Save yourself the hassle and go to Staples. read more

I went to this company because I had heard really good things about them. I needed to make a copy of my diploma but reduce it in size. Now I can't say I am proficient in using a copier so I was kind of looking for some guidance in how to ensure that I made the right copies rather than waste money on mistakes. Unfortunately the customer service at this location is very poor. I felt like I had inconvenienced the employees by asking for help. I also wanted to laminate some things but decided I'd just go elsewhere so as to not feel like a burden. read more

I discovered Steamroller Copies on a recent trip to Utah and thought I would try them on a project. The staff is fast and concerned about the needs of the client. The finished product was what I expected, the price was very competitive and the delivery was fast. Whenever I called with a question they were quick to get back to me with an answer. My son and his fiancée recently had wedding invitations printed by this company. They are young and stressed with wedding plans. They were rushed through the process. Somehow 500 invitations were printed when they only needed 75. They did not realize that that many had been ordered until they received their order. Very disappointed that they were taken advantage of and that the number ordered was not clarified with them. We will never use steamroller copies again nor recommend them. read more

Had a special print that I wanted blown up to three large canvas panels, each 24x48. They cleaned up my photo, sent me a proof of what the three would look like and then produced them all within 5 days on 1 1/2 inch wood frames. High quality, they look great in the room. In addition, they included the necessary picture handing wire to complete the task. A small addition but that's just it, all in the details. read more

I am new to St. George and needed to find a place where I can make copies. I went to Steamroller Copies on River Road. I went inside and had to wait for quite a long time. There was someone at the front desk who didn't acknowledge me, offer to help or let me know that she would be with me in a moment. I waited and finally someone came to help me. I needed to make 10 copies on my own cardstock paper that I had brought in. The woman helping me told me that they couldn't use my paper and I would have to use theirs. That was fine, so I bought the same 10 pieces of paper that I had carried into the store from them. She told me it was $.69 for each copy. I asked if she was sure on this price because it seemed really high for one piece of cardstock. With frustration in her voice she curtly told me that I was also getting something copied on the cardstock. So I spent $7.34 to make 10 copies and to be treated rudely by the customer service person at Steamroller Copies. I won't be going back! If anyone can recommend another copy store in St. George, I would greatly appreciate it. read more
