She was nice enough, though didn't welcome me with the friendliest of demeanours. I had to initiate a lot of the conversation. I will be trying another spot in the Sault for my waxing next time but I would not be terribly disappointed if I had to come back here. The main reason I chose it was because it had a website and most other spas with aesthetics in the Sault don't. It is just ok.

Will not be going here ever again. The nails chipped off anyway after only two weeks. This place is objectively one of the worst in the city. I also waited over half an hour to be seen at my appointment time while they took MULTIPLE walk-in clients.
