I also specified not too round and that I was growing my nails out but he filed till I was left with short stubby rounded nails. Not sure if it's the application process or the fact he filed my nails AGAIN after the gel was cured but they chipped immediately. For reference I wear gloves every time I do dishes. There was a dog roaming around with a pee pad by the front door. I received a pedicure which took about 20 minutes. There were no foot or leg massages that normally come with a spa pedicure. The polish job was adequate, but my nails were not clipped as requested. I am a visiting and live in an area with lots of good nail salons. read more

My family just moved here and i was desperate for an amazing nail salon. After reading numerous negative reviews, I was scared to walk into this place and sat in my car for a good 5 minutes before going in. I needed a fill badly and the only other nail salon was booked. So I go in and the lady who greeted me was so sweet. I picked out my colors and we began. She was so soft and gentle while doing my nails. The pedicures at this salon were fine. Their nail polish selection was limited and some nails polishes were expired. The reason for the review is I received the WORST eyebrow wax I have ever had, and I've had hundreds. The "specialist" waxed off far too much off the inside of my left eyebrow leaving my face asymmetrical with a noticeably odd tan line from where my eyebrow should end! The gap in the middle is outrageous and off center. She even kept working even though I asked her to stop after I felt how much see waxed off. I couldn't exactly get up and leave with hot wax on my face. I'm not from the area and I'm here because I'm in my friend's wedding in two days. I am beyond disappointed in this salons's skill level and lack of customer service. read more

Made an appointment with my friend to get nails done first issue they put us at different stations so I should have just gone by myself there was an empty station next to both of us pointless second issue I asked for shellac I get my nails done often so I know how they should look this lady dos a horrible job I don't usually complain or have them fixed but they were awful all bubbly an looked a week old so i said just do acrylic it took her literally 11minuted to do full set she was rough an hurried through it was clear she was upset. Called and scheduled a 2:30 apt for 4 pedis. Got there and two people were doing nails as two women were waiting. 2 other women came in. We waited 5 minutes before someone came to the counter for the two women who came in, they said they had an apt at 3:00. Lady came up to us said it would be an hour. Told them we had an apt at 2:30. She said we'd take too long, she'd take the others first. Told us to leave and come back in an hour. We were annoyed and upset, my mother-in-law said 3:30 for sure? Lady said... uh... maybe. We said no we need to know for sure. She wouldn't schedule us. We left. Poor way to do business. read more

Worst nail salon ever. I usually go to #2 nails because they do a wonderful job and are really nice. I went to #1 nails because #2 nails was closed. I will NEVER go back to #1 nails again! They were so mean and disrespectful to there clients. They swore towards me and called me a hurtful name. I felt unwanted there. They did a horrible job on the nails and didn't take their time to make them look good. The nail polish is horrible. I will never waste my money here again. They sat there and talked about me right in front of my face. I would not recommend going to #1 nails. read more

I used to get my nails done at this location until one day I was told to come back in one hour and when I did they said they could not take anymore customers. I proceeded to #2 Nails and got taken care of right away (even though they were very busy). Plus one of the female employees at #1 Nails was also rude to my elderly mother. read more
